@BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Sir,Customer care services of BSNL are very poor. They don't even want to listen to the issue .Every time they cut the phone by saying there is some technical(server) issue we are unable to resolve. Hoping to be heard here.

@vishal_mega I am very disappointed to see that since 10 days my issue is not resolved and case forcefully closed without taken any action. VMM seems like a BSNL-MTNL. How can customer staye tuned with VMM?

@NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

Bsnl should not be closed, Public sector is the basic pillar of employment,it is our property,simply switch to Bsnl immediately,1699 rs/year for data,voice and roaming.unlimited I support Bsnl Jai hindh

@Airtel_Presence WiFi on landline no. 01204117680 not working properly for past few months. I had shifted from BSNL for a better internet. Not expected such service from Airtel. Even after many complaints, it’s not been resolved. Please look seriously into the matter. 😐

@IndianGems_ Wr are forced to pay min 7₹ per day for such services without internet. This is insane. Only BSNL give per day 4₹ tariff for service without internet

@TelecomTalk West Bengal,in my area (bandel) bsnl is actually very much improved,no call drop or data fluctuation issue I have found keeping bsnl as a primary sim, but the prblm comes under travelling, bsnl has call drop issue there,and in green line metro kolkata has no bsnl net, not even 2g

@TelecomTalk Even though #BSNL have good infrastructure, the officials/emps at local #BSNL offices don't monitor & maintain it properly. This results in poor/no network frequently. Also many BSNL towers don't have battery backup at all. Bcoz of this, we don't get signal during power cuts.

@BHIM_UPI, your support is a joke. I raised a ticket because your app showed 26 days validity for a ₹153 BSNL recharge but only gave 24. Instead of fixing the outdated catalog, your team closed the ticket using a wrong transaction ID from weeks ago! Resolve this ASAP! @NPCI_NPCI

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN This kind of cable allotment is very much vulnerable and this needs to be changed. During the cable cut issues we have paid 500 rupees which creates us a unexpected expenses. Bsnl need to fix this and ensure this vulnerability doesn't create further issues. @jagograhakjago

@robertravi21 bsnl wifi calling is not supported on a majority of the android phones kindly resolve the wifi calling issues at the earliest .
