My experience with BSNL in Goa has just one big negative, the complaint resolution. I am on my 5th day without phone or broadband and no resolution as yet. I would request @pgm_goa_bsnl to kindly look into this

@BSNLCorporate I have paide BSNL BROADBAND BILL on 29th April ( 07156-225707).My money get deducted and I also got sms from bank saying money paid BSNL. But still my payment is not reflected in BSNL SELF CARE PORTAL and still it is showing bill is not paid yet. Please help me

Sir, @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ have my required number bsnl which is 15 years old, due to some reason the network is not coming, did not recharge for a few months, now the network is not coming, what do I have to do if I want to start that number now. #Reoder

@Imrahul19Gupta @MrsGandhi Until citizens become practical we will keep blaming Modi. For eg, BSNL has the best infrastructure. They were giving 0 customer service. They never bothered. People started moving to Airtel. Whom do u blame. Same with most of the public sector which were loss making
