    @imcrazyguyfru @Nitin_Rivaldo Most of the employees working since landline era. working in rural service. Bsnl is service oriented company.not like private telecom (worked in profit make areas only)

You still support privatisation? Why India needs to be run by a govt then? Why not a private company?

    @narendramodi, Sir, I am residing in Varanasi North assembly area.I have taken a bsnl fiber broadband connection during December 2020, but suffering with internet speed and cable fault from that time to update, but local authorities does not attend my complaint.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Complaint No. 15976771662. No internet since Feb 16,2021. No one is assigned by BSNL to fix the issue. Fault restoration does not exist.

    @BSNL_KOTour office line 033-22487811 is not working since May 2020 .complain done several time but no action taken but routinely every month we are paying the bill since May 2020. It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

    Yesterday MrAbhishek came and tried his best to help me ,but since it is a zhone router he couldn't do anything because this was installed by another contractor Of BSNL which is CIT , as a consumer what am I supposed to do.
