    @imcrazyguyfru @Nitin_Rivaldo Most of the employees working since landline era. working in rural service. Bsnl is service oriented company.not like private telecom (worked in profit make areas only)

    @BSNLCorporate In the age of 5G it's strange that a city like Kolkata is not even supporting 4G connectivity!Also why do we have to keep moving to certain "spots" in the house to get a good network strength from BSNL whereas Jio and Airtel are working flawlessly in the same house

    I'm unable to send port msg from BSNL, I have done recharge of 147 & I have top up balance. I'm trying since 4 day's. Contacted costomer support but they are not responsive & ticket raised was not solved yet. Please respond as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India

    @netplusofficial @netplusofficial IN OUR AREA SERVICE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR ABOUT 4 DAYS AND I HAD CONTACTED THE LPO OF MY DISTRICT HE TOLD ME THAT NETPLUS HAS DISABLED ITS SERVICE IN MY DISTRICT AND MIGRATE TO BSNL.     @AshwiniVaishnaw Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to you Sir. Sir do something in setting BSNL and it's employes. They are not doing customer service.A lot of tweets against BSNL. My telephone 0674-2371008 is dead for more than 12days. BSNL sends msg as resolved while the phone is still dead.

    Time has come to switch from @BSNLCorporate Bharat fibre to @airtelindia airtel xtream. Worst service from bsnl. After every 4-5 days the internet suddenly stops working and there is no one to pick call at customer care.

    @BSNL_BR I went to BSNL office, there was nobody help me, they only said to complain at 1503. Your 1503 customer service is world's worst service.
