    @TRAI My BSNL mobile number 9564057460 is facing serious internet problems. The speed of internet is really very slow. Inspite of several complaints no constructive steps have as yet been taken to improve the internet speed in the current location.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate my FTTH is not working for 10 days now and complaint# 128808909122 is still unattended. If you provide this kind of pathetic service it's obvious that customer choose other ISP and BSNL will be in loss for ever. @PMOIndia how about privatization of BSNL?

    @BSNLCorporate people of India want to keep BSNL alive but BSNL itself doesn't want to be alive. As I requested to improve internet service at my place katwa, purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. They keep giving me vogus answer.
