...Actually customers get 2GB/per day data for 18 days only.After 18 days customer realize that he has been cheated.BSNL ought to have clearly mentioned validity 18 days ony for uses of 2GBdata/per day . In my next tweet I will give another misled 365 days validity plan.(2/2)

@BSNLCorporate may I know the responsibilities of services providing vendors. In our area BSNL bharat fiber services are provided by their vendor partner. He charge 3.5k for installation, saying 2000 is refundable deposit, doesn't give any receipt. Whenever we have any complaint

@OfficeOfRSP @BSNL_PB due to very poor service of your team BSNl punjab today I pushed myself to close my landline phone account. I was not in mood but your team not able to make my landline working even after 4 months and several complaints.
