There is no signal to bsnl router from past two days, it shows LOS. I complained to bsnl customer executive and the local operator their reply is we will fix soon from last two days @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @CMDBSNL I am raising the complain to the higher authorities for the internet connection in our region is extremely worst and poor .the regional bsnl office providing extremely worst service, they does not focus on public complaint .i am complaining from last 8 to 10 day but no solution .

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @CMDBSNL Very Very Worst and poor internet service from bsnl.i am complainting last 8 to 10 day to the bsnl region office to improve internet but that people does not responding to the complaint. Every day i am calling to the regional bsnl office,but there is no response from there site.

@BSNLCorporate Also, kindly help me to understand how non payment of any previous due is related to SMS service issue that I’m facing now. As per my understanding, since the number is now ported in to BSNL, the LRN should have been updated to BSNL LRN as per TRAI regulations.
