    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Why people stay with BSNL service, when Complaint has not attending and solve after more than two months, when call to local Exchange officer thay not take it seriously, and Contractor has be as owner.     .@BSNLCorporate Any BSNL official or the Telecom Minister ever tried calling the BSNL call center themselves? If not, please do. The response is poor and executives seem unhelpful. If this is the service level, it may be better to shut down customer care and save public money

    @BSNL_Bongaigaon Severe network and internet issues at Barpeta Road (pin- 781315) since 48 hours (11 Feb-12 Feb). Registered a complaint over call and also local office platform but no response. Too much of negligence and irresponsibility of BSNL service.

    @bsnl_care very bad 😞 BSNL you say SMS are included in your plans but I cannot able to send sms to anyone in the included 199 plan have to separately buy top-up to send sms if that's the terms and condition why guys say it is included in plan. Please clarify.

    @sanjaybafna Neither BSNL officials nor GoI is concerned about improving service There is huge network problem in Ulhasnagar Kalyan Maharashtra There is No Roaming in Mumbai & New Delhi Nothing is being done Customer Grievances are not addressed It's taxpayers money which is being LOST
