    @bsnl_ap_circle I need support to change my SIM at any cost, provide any other way to change my operator from BSNL to other, bcoz I am not able to get even single call one whole day.not able to even single bar signal on BSNL from 20 days

    @DoT_India @ITS_MoC @pib_comm I had complaint many times to BSNL office katihar. But till now no action is being taken till now. Kindly say that BSNL ab india mein nahi raha ya sirf naam ka reh gaya hai. Koi nahi sunta hai office mein.

    My Broadband and line down for last 5 days. Complaint raised 4 days back. Had DM'd it to BSNL_KTK. What BSNL does: Close ticket without fixing it. Am I supposed to raise another one? If this is happening in Bangalore, imagine the situation elsewhere @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    I would like to info you that, I am looking for a new internet connection for few days but I am not getting a proper response or information from the local BSNL exchange. Even I have called local BSNL GTO (Gagret) Neeraj. But no positive response. help required.

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate guys - do not opt for BSNL network in any case - I opted this network after assurance given that they have local resources available 24x7 to address issues with connectivity. 2day am posting dis due to daily disconnection and ignorance by service people.

    @BSNLCorporate PH: 08372-237131,Gadag. Net nd and landline not workg since 2month.bsnl told to take FTTH as they cud not fix it.but 19th May BSNL FTTHvendor Raghu inspected and told he does not service to our place. How can I work from home.?Why even phone not workg.

    @DoT_India @ITS_MoC @pib_comm My BSNL landline telephone number 06451-228228 is totally out of order from last 6 months. No officer is posted in the BSNL office Salmari(Katihar)Bihar. The BSNL service is totally out of order from Bihar. I am paying the telephone bill every month.

    @BSNLCorporate dear bsnl exchange under sahnewal chaunta exchange there is no battery backup due to power cut the system goes down in the exchange so internet access is not available
