CHANDRAKANT VAJPEYI (@chandrakantvjp) reported from Aurangabad, MaharashtraMany times BSNL INTERNET fails or gets low signals resulting Stoppage of E-payments. A lot of time need to normalize it. If UPI ID of BSNL and process of offnet payment (*99# dialing USSD for digital transactions) be published publicly by BSNL than issue may solve in emergency.

It does not mean that #BSNL can avoid customer service. I personally patronize bsnl but their service is not improving and they don't care for complaints. @rsprasad @narendramodi
