If UPI ID of BSNL and process of offnet payment (*99# dialing USSD for digital transactions) be published publicly by BSNL than issue may solve in emergency.

It's been several days, and I still haven't received even a single SIM card. Despite sharing my health condition and requesting priority support, there has been no meaningful update.
