    @BSNLCorporate Fiber is down since 3hrs no update local tech dont bother to pick up the call or respond back. Why dont BSNL send an SMS to customer about service down with timeline. My whole work is stuck due to no other ISP i have to choose BSNl worst service. @cgm_mh_bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl @DoT_India also I am not able to raise complaint on bsnl portal. Its saying "previous complaint is already pending". I even spoke with technician but no response. Why dont they take responsibility
