  @Paytmcare I have recharged my bsnl mobile with Rs.198 on 3 September 2021 with reference id 14947554814 I got successful message from Paytm but it is not credited in my account and from last two days even I called bsnl customer care but they are telling it is not reflecting.

  @Manan299 Sir, As per reported by Palghar dn & SPM Bassein Road PO that there is a net connectivity issue and BSNL authority will attend today for resolution. Cheque books are available in Bassein Road PO. Inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.

  @DoT_India It is unfy that BSNl sent a msg that the complain has been resolved without testing it through a call. But the phone is still dead.This shows how BSNL is cheating the customer instead of solving the issue. Please look to the matter.

  @HDFCBank_Cares the atm near bsnl park has serious lighting issue during evening and night time the light is non functional and the atm display brightness is dim kindly fix the issue on highest priority and setup new atm near nankiana chowk
