    @CMDBSNL BSNL shame Despite TRAI GUIDLEINES AND dot GUIDLEINES , cal divert services are default disabled on BSNL and not enabled by the operator even after calling customer care or visiting the CSC BSNL keeps on giving docket number and closes them as per their whims

    @bsnl_care Thers no point in giving docket number First clearly state that why call divert services has been permanently disabled by BSNL It's not getting activated from settings, customer care or a visit to CSC
