    Dear @BSNLJHARKHAND , I am broadband user. But felt very bad service. Since yesterday night, my bsnl broadband connection is not working. Continuously getting this issue, due to your bsnl exchange electricity (Kokar Ranchi) issue. @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia

    @AshwiniVaishnaw 3/3. Provide Fix abbreviations for telemarketing SMS just like unique UPi id. i.e. if real axisbank send promotion via voda V-AXS,via BSNL then B-AXS,via Airtel then A-AXS. Similarly if Govt send msg then V-GOVT,B-GOVT, A-GOVT and all abbr. list on website to save fake spam links

    @BSNL_PB not able to login to BSNL online self-care portal. Despite written request to customer care centre, sector 34 Chandigarh and online complaints. No action

    @BSNLCorporate The speed has been barely 2 Mbps and upload <1. Connectivity is not continuous. BSNL official explained to take fiber connection, BUT we want the service we are already paying for, should work as promised. Please make sure the service is optimised.

    @DoT_India My request is to waive off current bill and refund me according to my usage which I could not enjoy my quota of 3500 GB due to net issue. The connection was established for a 15 rooms hotel and it got failed just bcs of services by tehri Bsnl team

    Monopolistic kind of market is there in telecom sector; if BSNL would’ve been competitive enough and could provide the best possible service, private companies would at least have a competitor; here the consumer has no choice expect a private company to choose from. @DoT_India

    @DoT_India Thanks for noting the concern. 1) It's quite surprising that @BSNLCorporate NEVER issued GST-based e-receipt for online bill payment. 2) Many times no SMS for payment received and 3) If call BSNL customer care they ask to wait 2-3 days for payment to get updated in the system.
