When I called the customer service number no response is shown as no one picks the call . A lot of adds are done by bsnl but no positive response is seen . I am having a lot of inconvenience after switching to bsnl network .

@BSNLCorporate To The Respected officer I Amitabh Gupta have shifted my mobile network from Vodafone to bsnl .I have noticed that the internet is very slow and vedios and images are not shown because of its slow speed .

@BSNLCorporate Respected Sir, The BSNL 4G Mobile Services in Cuttack City is deteriorating day by day resulting severe inconveniences for all & especially the 4G sim is encountering severe errors in all the KEY PAD Phones even though it has 4G facilities. Therefore,kindly UPGRADE

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_India have transferred from Jharkhand to kolkata two years back. I want to change my BSNL 3G to 4G. But, kolkata circle informed it is not possible for other circle. Is it possible to go to Jharkhand again to get 4G sim? Kindly help me out.

@BSNLCorporate I have to say that I have to take this decision to disconnect my BSNL broadband connection due to your employee misbehave. First you teach your employees manners and how to deal with their customers. Thanks for a great time with you @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate with lots of problems.
