    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    My father has been a long-time BSNL landline customer, but the service is very disappointing. Our phone hasn’t worked for 4 days, and complaints are being closed without resolution, forcing us to raise new ones daily. Please fix this immediately.@JM_Scindia @BSNL_KTK

    Frustrated with @BSNLCorporate's postpaid support.After long wait times, agents barely listen for a few seconds before dumping the call into the feedback IVR.They have no answers and tell me to visit a physical store for every little thing.This is completely unprofessional! #BSNL
