  @BSNL_TN using BSNL number for more than 10 years and thought to port 1 number. While generating a UPC getting msg as "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number" Customer care ask 2 go HO which is 75 KM away.very poor srvce

  @bsnl_care Hi BSNL.. Your call and internet services are excellent in urban areas; however, while call quality is good in rural areas, I feel the internet service there needs further improvement.
