@BSNLCorporate Finally an amount of ₹ 3275 received yesterday towards refund of my security deposit upon #bsnl landline phone connection was surrendered 2 years back! Hope now you must be knowing why people are moving away from @BSNLCorporate. Total incompetence and no customer focus.

I am using this worst services because in my area i don't have @reliancejio @airtelindia fiber services. if BSNL will not work on their services then will lose market in long term. (Amet-Rajsamand-Rajasthan)

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR i use bsnl broadband for last 2 years . in this two year every month 15 to 16 days we facing network issues ...we complained near bsnl office regularly but they listen and sleeping ..we paid for month not for 15 days ...if this happened every month

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi BSNL FTTH jo already exist kar rha h.. not working.. Thanks fr 5G Jio Hotspot works better than your broadband..for which we have to pay 3 times than a mobile bill.. this is not just my complaint but whole area facing speed n ping/latency issue..frequent interruption in service.

@Arminiusss No sir, it's fine in my state. Airtel is pretty bad, weak signals, and connectivity issues especially to BSNL landlines in other states. Complaint on Twitter also elicits no response. Maybe, they have grown too big for their boots.

@FI_InvestIndia correct ! but in jio or any pvt sim there is problem that after stop recharge incoming call also stop and not good affordable validity plan like bsnl/mtnl where 500rs recharge can a live sim for 365 days to get incoming call, OTP from aadhar bank ( if number link to all )
