  @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.

  @bsnl_care Why is bsnl living in 2009 still? A minor issue that can be solved by experts at back end needs a written complaint filed !!! @JM_Scindia Sir, you are pulling strings to bring BSNL together & here the loophole is present in organisation structure itself! No one knows what to do

  @bsnlrajasthan @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia finally PORT OUT BSNL, it's more than 15 years of journey. Filling so sad to leaving. But i have to tak this step. Due to lack of network coverage and quality. Also bsnl reducing validity of cipher plan without improvement of network.😔💔

  @JM_Scindia Sir, Mumbai being a Metro City , there is No BSNL Network in almost 70 - 80% city areas. Who will prefer to switch to #BSNL ? Team just acknowledge the complaint and say that we are working but this working is never completed and user port to Pvt TSP. @robertravi21
