But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.

BSNL network is dancing 4g to 3g regularly every where..near the tower 4g is not available after light cut or full network missing.. please don't reduce validity.

Arindam Das (@productdfusion) reported@BSNLCorporate Even after recharging, incoming and outgoing calls are still barred. Upon calling customer service, they asked me to visit the BSNL office, which is approximately 20km away. Is this a practical solution and the support expected?
