Unfortunately due to unsatisfactory customer service, all corporate customers changed to private operators. Every employee has to introspect.

Harif Salam (@TheHarifSalam) reported from Ullūr, Kerala@aquarianfin did you get Netflix via LAN and only have issue on WiFi. I was not able to get Netflix on both WiFi and LAN but they fixed the issue but again it was not working smoothly on WiFi. So I brought a router and it completely fixed the issue. You should contact bsnl soon.

Joseph (@panicker16141) reported@nch1915 did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.
