    @TRAI Add option in app to report internet and call drop issues and escalation matrix. FYR BSNL and Jio performing very poor.

    @bsnl_care Why the drama? Y do u need my details? I switchd to BSNL 4 cheapr plans, but d experience ws terrible. For a whole year-no propr calls, no OTPs, barely any internet. Complaints wnt nowhere. Finally switchd prviders, and d differnce is huge. Shuld’ve done it sooner. #bsnlIsShit
