@yupptv_scope I am not at all able to login to yupptv scope even though I have a BSNL Superstar Premium-1 plan. Kindly check this issue. Whenever I login using my RMN , it says you don't have any active plan. Please rectify this.

@BSNL_PB What kind of help is this? You are telling me to goto BSNL office to downgrade plan but for upgrading plan we can upgrade plan online but not downgrade it.Thats why most people dont use Bsnl broadband

@BSNLCorporate Thank you BSNL for responding. After various efforts, we have been able to deposit the amount yesterday. There was BSNL software entry problem of landline number in the "closed bill" option. As the problem has been solved, there is no issue pending now.
