@reliancejio the worst in customer service. Provide fabricated customer address on postpaid bills . No internal customer grievance redressal system. Arrogant team who think they're the only service provider. Rated worst than BSNL.

@w_karve Sir it is becoming Duopoly Either Bsnl or jio, no others so matter of questioning them altogether because they can do whatever they want, take full charge but not provide service.
