    @BSNLCorporate Nothing has been resolved... I got call from bsnl representative of Amravati, Maharashtra "Milind_Bansod".. As discussed with him, Service provider was mis guided me at every step. I have 6500 rs. at the time of joining fiber. 3000 installation charges and 3500 for router.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India My BSNL internet connection is not working since 10 days now. I have been complaining every day about my faulty connection yet the complaint is simply cleared away without any response. No one contacts or checks the status of the complaint.

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate I have applied for bsnl Fibre through link. But I don't know if that's available in my area or not. Even GTPL isn't available here. Do you provide service in Villages of gujarat?

    And no one listing us. It is very difficult for us to do WFH, in such a bad internet connectivity from BSNL just because they do not have power backups.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate continuously I was complaining regarding network issue. But no one is serious in bsnl for customers issue because as per discussed with representatives of bsnl they told they don't need customer they have lots off already and they are helpless for services.

    @BSNLCorporate if your not capable of providing good service or solution then do not sell your sim Card in that area. Atleast the dolphin network works little bit but BSNL and Cellone 3g doesn't even work, nither indoor nor outdoor shows exclamation mark....

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, My issue is still unresolved... Plz replace my Bharat fiber plan from 599 to 449..I couldn't change it myself because there is no option in bsnl self care care portal.plz do it urgently.I am waiting from long time.

    @BSNLCorporate I am from village Goripur PO Kalyana Tehsil Shahbad Markanda Distt Kurkshetra. Haryana. My BSNL Fibre Optic net is not working since last 10 days. I have register a complaint but till writing of this it is still not working. My No is 01744298941.

    @BSNLCorporate So what promt action you have taken , In evry 2 3 days in my area whole bsnl network (fiber, landline, mobile) goes down due to not starting of electricity generator in sub station , very pathetic service. All generator should be automatically start its basic need.
