    @BSNL_BR Sir, What I told and also mentioned in the letter that I had already contacted accounts department, BSNL officials of Patna circle office and also Darbhanga SSA. But till today payments have not been released. Kindly advise and help.

    @BSNLCorporate 06512999215, I am facing lots of issues on daily basis, sometimes discussions some time slowness, I just got pissed off in this small 4 month times with bsnl. I am loosing my hope now from the support, either I need to move to different forum or look for the different options.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK thank you for pathetic service by BSNL on FTTH. Even esclated to nodal officer, but no action taken. Seems like I have to change service provider. NO CONNECTIVITY, PROVIDES ONLY 4 MBPS instead of 100 MBPS.

    @Sethimani2 Have very bad experience with Voda. BSNL is better they don't claim anything..chal jaya to aap ki kismet.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate PATHETIC SERVICE No Internet - 3weeks on FTTH Mr Kausik Dhar will not listen and solve. Manisha Mam has replied but no action taken by anyone. They have changed connections to new vendor. No resolution. Publicly destroying BSNL's image might work.

    @Sethimani2 Every operator like that only. Airtel n bsnl ... signal won't reach ground floors. Wifi calling only works.

    Hello @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate My bsnl prepaid number is deactivated and i want to activate my number. I'm very frustrate bcoz no any one bsnl office employee don't help me. I was given a new sim 15 days ago with Rs 4000 but my number has not been activated yet.
