    @bsnlbiharlive I am looking for a broadband connection in Arwal, Bihar. Please help. I am not getting any help from BSNL Arwal for same.

    @aravind Actually, I have been using BSNL and/or Airtel internet for the past 20+ years and have hardly faced any disruptions, less than 10-15 days max in total over the entire time. That too only 2 times of 3 days of only one of them, never both simultaneously. I have heard of net disruptions from users of other network providers though like Hathway, Jio, etc. Many times, just the prepaid phone net was enough as a backup and on the go. There has only been a steady increase in bandwidth and quality over the years. No complaints at all whatsoever as a prolific user of the internet.

    @aigetoachq @AIGETOA_CPTN BSNL employees work for public service, even in natural calamities, in rural areas, in high altitude areas, at all places which private operators ignored because of no profit to them. But our rightful pay revision was ignored by policymakers. JusticeAwaited. #3rdPRCforBSNL

    kuch nhi aata jaata hai bsnl team ko govt jaane kha se hire kar lati hai more than months but problem not solve nor return my 9000rs which looted in name of feasible or installation @CMDBSNL @narendramodi @JM_Scindia

    @CMDBSNL Can you please address the issues with you website for online payment for the Landline and FTTH? I pay for Jaipur (for may parental home) and Gurgaon nos. but you cant pay together for both and even for individual one by one. BSNL deserves better portal. @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia I have Airfiber and I'm no longer able to connect to the Overwatch game with it. Bsnl fiber works though. Airfiber used to work before so did you change something on your end related to NAT or something? Can you help?

    @BSNLCorporate my bsnl landline number is down for more than a week. Have complained about it with zero response. It's east Delhi zone number complaint number is 1065494589

    Inspite of repeated complaints nothing done by bsnl to restore my mobile outgoing. Since recharge of one year plan in sept 2025 the outgoing always not working & whenever try to dial outgoing call failed will be displayed. Docket open & close by bsnl. @JM_Scindia
