    @BSNLCorporate Received no resolution yet, inspired of numerous complaints via tollfree numbers and providing the details via DM. Is it ok for @BSNLCorporate to have such casual approach towards complaints. Landlines number inoperative and broadband shut. Kudos BSNL

    It looks like working in BSNL must be very comfortable because there is no work happening there, They are very eager to give new connections but when it comes to providing good service then they fail vigorously.

    @BSNL_UPW I hope that this tweet will get noticed, We have BSNL FTTH connection at my home in Mu1, Greater Noida, It gets disconnected every day, When I call to customer care they register complaint and then show it resolved same day, And same issue comes next day again.
