BSNL owes me INR 1660.69 as part of returning the deposit against my landline and broadband. Although there was no error reported at the time of surrender, your acounts department has deducted INR 200 towards damage charges which I'm not informed

@BSNLCorporate i called my local support line (0413-2223500), that guy asked me call me back again as voice not clear. i called again within 10sec but he didn't pick my call. i called 3 to 4 times but no luck. very worst support. worst network. waiting for BSNL privatization.
