    @MoitOfficial, @rsprasad Seriously speaking, BSNL(Bangalore) should not bill customers for their landlines which don't work. Why the hell should I pay for 'no service'. It is always 'Exchange problem'! Even the BSNL CSD meant to register complaints doesn't work

    @BSNLCorporate CN: 1053109841 I am not able to use Internet (ADSL) since morning, no support from customer care, local exchange doesn't reply. Please support WFH will be a distant dream if BSNL doesn't help. Note:- I face this issue most of the time, like 10/30 days.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Unable to change bsnl FTTH plans from selfcare portal because all plans are not showing on the portal. Eg. Fibre basic etc. Kindly fix this issue so that I can change plan from selfcare portal. Thanks

    @rsprasad An International Internet gateway is very much required in Kolkata for eastern zone boosting uninterrupted high speed broadband connection by BSNL. Under NDA 1 & NDA 2.0 we have seen many development towards internet development. It is my request to you kindly help us.

    @BSNL_KOTD Data internet service is not good in hooghly section as well as in burdwan , asansol , chittaranjan side. Near chittaranjan sometimes in the evening data net worked but public wants 24hrs 365days smooth service in all bsnl whether it's in mobiles or in computers.

    Instead of creating and making foundation stronger, you are selling our national assets like banks, railways, airports etc. If you privatize BSNL , We will support. But, If you try to sell our banks, LIC, PSUs, we firmly condemn. @narendramodi #IndiaAgainstPrivatisation
