    @JM_Scindia Dear Sir, BSNL isn't connecting in Mumbai. My number has got ported on May 01, 2026, and since then I can't use it here. Even wifi doesn't work. I ported to BSNL Tamil Nadu. If you call 8928323328 you will get the message either switched off or out of network area.

    Customer care promised complaint updates via SMS — nothing received. No response. No accountability. Complaint magically closed. Meanwhile other telecom operators work perfectly fine in the same area. This is exactly why people are leaving BSNL. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

    Perhaps BSNL has deployed some customer care assistance system which replies its customers with AI and by creating false complaint Reg. No. Otherwise, the problem of defunct network since last 19 days at Hayuliang-792104 could have been restored much earlier. Very Unfortunate.
