As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.     Jio and Airtel are reportedly preparing another tariff hike. This is BSNL’s biggest opportunity in years. The question is: why is BSNL still moving so slowly? Better network and faster expansion should be the priority now.

    @bsnl_care Despite my persistent request BSNL failed to provide any data to my number 8987449440. So I am constrained to port it to other service provider It is strange that BSNL is taking a price for data but unable to provide it , despite their repeated assurances. Thanks

    @AjeetBhartii Old guards BSNL / MTNL couldn’t do much. Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.
