    Currently i am in Lumding(Assam) in railway officer's rest house main city area. There is no network coverage of BSNL in lumding. I m stuck with BSNL sim. Plz help me out. @BSNL_AS @DoT_India I tried to talk to customer support from my other sim but they don't co-operate./1

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Hi Sir. It's been an year and my simple issue has not been resolved. #OA_Katihar is directly denying to help stating that he's not technically experienced. This is happening at the ground level. I believe #BSNL can't make their customers satisfied with these employees.

    @ServicesBsnl @BSNLCorporate @ServicesBsnl Was looking for a new connection, always loved bsnl as a customer. But now other vendors seems to have overtaken this broadband area, where bsnl used to top. All bcoz of unbilled huge installation charges. If possible, please look into it. #saveourbsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir what sim is bsnl I am trying since night net is not working at all bsnl network has spoiled the name of the country. I do not know that the employees do not work properly. I don't know, the whole system here is corrupt.

    @BSNL_HR Hi BSNL Team, We are facing biggest problem in my area( alewa-jind). Our bsnl network is working based on electricity. If electricity is down than network problem comes,, no one take care of this .. please help to resolve this problem,,, @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KL Trying to call cc for past one week instead hearing some bizarre music endlessly, no one to pick call. Not sure it's worth reviving bsnl with such poor service

    @CGM_WB_BSNL what's wrong going with bsnl asansol network, totally disconnected today from network, do the company feel the importance of a mobile network? Provide the service as soon as possible.
