    @UnlistedZone @pvsubramanyam Think about employees behaviour in BSNL with customers (worst)....think about their attitude towards customer.....In this highy competitive world there is no point in maintaining white elephant like BSNL.. will they compete with JIO/Airtel with that attitude..?

    @Pradip_K_Varma For BSNL landline, waiting queue was in months/ years. ABV govt brought down that as well to couple of weeks.

    No BSNL mobile or GSM data network services since 28 July 4 PM. BSNL BTS on New Scientist hostel is NON functional from 28 July. Please make it functional and provide Generator set back up. Today is the fourth day of NO NETWORK and GSM Services. The docket number : G3101006760

    The boys who come to check in case of any internet outage are all private fellows, bsnl has been outsourcing some tasks, it's not entirely being done by their employees.
