@BSNLCorporate Is there any eta you can provide for fixing this issue.. ? No response from any BSNL authority from my area and mostly they are suggesting to change the connection as BSNL will not be able to resolve the network issue.

Nothing not known already that BSNL is pathetic but if they are the only service provider in region, they go more pathetic, 5 days without Broadband services now. @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate 3. Your policies as per your customer service executive sucks. Customer can upgrade the plan online but to downgrade it, they have to visit the bsnl office. Does that logically makes any sense?
