    @jaganmsna @rajbhagatt @sundarmail BSNL have already lost their game. Major TT Exchange like one at 632401 and major other places are now closed and place is leased down Also, They subcontract end connections from exchange and only come to picture for Billing

    @rsprasad dear sir, I am working from home ( Bihar, pin-848114) for one of the Gurgaon based MNC but here no any internet service provider is ready to provide broadband facilities. I visited BSNL office as well but no hep. Please help.

    @BSNLCorporate One more issue: BSNL charged me 6500 rupees for brodband connection. Isn't it too much cost?

    @BSNLCorporate the only reason why I use bsnl means it is indian telecom but it seems to be no longer I'm going to be customer of bsnl. Before loosing customers bsnl need 2 take care of its customers.Just bcoz of other increases prices if bsnl dos thenb ready

    @BSNLCorporate my number 02622-227584 the broadband is not working properly from 1 week. New wiring is done on Friday, still broadband is not working. Also BSNL staff misleading the customer about other company broadband services.

    @sunmor2901 My bsnl fiber connection reminds me everyday, why privatization is necessary. I paid around 8k to get this connection and it's down at least 3 times a day. I guess, Modi's fault.

    BSNL, you have such a regressive and careless customer service. Its like they dont give a **** about the customers. I called them to complain about a high ping issue for 2 IP addresses. The level of callousness is out of thie world. This is how you treat people and expect profit?

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl DTE Mr. Bhumarkar Dist - Balaghat, always giving reply and assuring to us service will resume but since one year we are not able to use our mobile, our area farmers depends on bsnl only. Pls take prompt action on the same

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I don't see a resolution happening on the complainant number 124406557902 why is it taking so long to solve the issue ? @CMofKarnataka bsnl needs serious attention on rural areas no one is taking responsibility of fixing the issues

    @BSNL_KTK I have Been trying for a while to connect BSNL. One of my neighbour has BSNL FTTH here. Same needed here for 3 families in my flat. Could You Please Explain what happened to the cable operator who had to come for checking the feasibility?🙄 Don't let the hopes down.
