    @jaganmsna @rajbhagatt @sundarmail BSNL have already lost their game. Major TT Exchange like one at 632401 and major other places are now closed and place is leased down Also, They subcontract end connections from exchange and only come to picture for Billing

    @BSNLCorporate why BSNL SELF CARE PORTAL is good for nothing? *Why can’t customer downgrade their plans? *why do we’ve to go CSC and give written applications in era of digital India? *In this worse time, do we really have to put our lives on stake and go outside?

    @BSNLCorporate After talking to concerned JTO and your last reply make me convince that most likely I shall not get BSNL Fibre BB connection in my life time. I can now understand why customers regularly are leaving BSNL and joining other service providers and BSNL facing loss @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate Internet not working from last 24 hours. Bsnl office and vendor not responding. Bsnl office disconnect the calls after listening to the problem. Never trust a government sector employees.They only know when their salary will be credited. @BSNL_UKD No. 01334-297697
