    @jaganmsna @rajbhagatt @sundarmail BSNL have already lost their game. Major TT Exchange like one at 632401 and major other places are now closed and place is leased down Also, They subcontract end connections from exchange and only come to picture for Billing

    I have returned my fibre modem to Gurpreet singh Dhillon of Abohar Bsnl Fiber Head .he said me that return me the modem and i will refund you next day but its been one month and and everytime he ignores my call and when last time i called him he was very rude to me @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, our bsnl landline & broadband not working since last 1 week. Complaint registered for the same vide complaint no.1056753292. Problem not yet resolved but got a sms that your complaint has been resolved without any confirmation of customer !

    @BSNLCorporate There is no network at fatehgurh(209602), civil lines area since morning. Bsnl mobile network often disappears here whenever local power supply fails. Most of the administrative offices of district farrukhabad are at civil lines area. Perhaps no battery back up.

    Whereas your competitors are able to provide close to promised speeds. In BSNL, after complaining I get around 70 Mbps but that is just for a day. My wife works from home and most of the time she has to rely on mobile hotspot, because either the internet is down or speed is slow.
