    @DoT_India @BSNL_BR My one the friend lost his phone 9430278698. I called customer care but He told Application is down so he can raise the complaint,Soif number is misused then who will responsible coz Bsnl is not ready to block the number.Please Help.

    @BSNLCorporate @PiyushGoyalOffc Sir we are facing immense trouble in fixing the bsnl internet connection. In this pandemic depending on bsnl for wfh, non of the officials are responding for the complaint raised where the internet service is inactive for more than a week. Pls help us out.

    @awibhadouria From Airtel end it's temporary issue once the signal gets back from Airtel then generate UPC & visit any nearest BSnL retailer or CSC they will Port In to @BSNLCorporate

    @ViCustomerCare You r giving huge data pack with no network....first provide proper network then think of 5G.. you r digging your own grave as bsnl did.

    @DoT_India,@pmoindia Dear sir my BSNL landline number 0240-2442748 is not working since many days. Complaint already lodged. But BSNL Aurangabad authorities are very busy (?) to find any time to repair it. Customers want BSNL, but BSNL staff is not interested to run BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt Hello, I Ported a number into BSNL for calling purpose, sorry to say, but voice quality is very poor in my area, Royal Plaza, Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad 500095, please look into the matter.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, Bangalore is IT hub and Silicon Valley of India and BSNL is offering only 2G and 3G service in 4G/5G era. Is this a joke or what??

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate no wonder bsnl is running in losses nd people r leaving the network. Each nd every day we r facing network issues at pincode 788724.but no one is here to help. Most of the time there is no network in the area.@TRAI must look into this deficiency in service

    @Sudeep_Kumar_ Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards.
