    @DoT_India @BSNL_BR My one the friend lost his phone 9430278698. I called customer care but He told Application is down so he can raise the complaint,Soif number is misused then who will responsible coz Bsnl is not ready to block the number.Please Help.

    @BSNLCorporate @NOOBGAM60084625 When BSNL became almost defunct , I switched over to Airtel . Since long Airtail is cheating ; I wish to switch back to BSNL with the hope that the service would be better like earlier years .

    @BSNLCorporate Nobody is receiving/taking call in 1503. BSNL couldn't contest others for this worst service. Should have changed the mentality or learnt from other provider. Only customer can save you...

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK FTTH was down on 03 & 04 Dec 2021, came alive briefly on 05 Dec, again dead since then. Repeated complaints to BSNL staff didn't work. Kindly restore connection asap and don't bill me for the duration of no service 😤

    @BSNLCorporate, BSNL 3G service has been off in my area for a week. I've contacted BSNL officials many times but they assuring only. BSNL customers care also not picking the phone. This is really pathetic. I highly trust in BSNL but in return what are you serving!!

    It's surprising that even after we are top notch in communication yet our own govt BSNL&MTNL are poor performoracing debt ridden companies. Can't the concerned minister spare some time for these. Shame.

    @ChinmayDhumal I have Jio & BSNL (ported from Airtel after the first hike). Jio for Internet + call (the highest speed I've achieved in my area is 2Mbps). BSNL 4G (but gives 2G/3G coverage) for personal usage. (plan is cheap but cannot trust the network, can be down at any moment in my area.
