Anand (@anand_ttr) reported@R_N_Vaghani If #BSNL provides stable n/w, people will change to #BSNL. But their 4G frequently changing to 2G/3G. We have to again change it to 4G, using flight mode. Also if power goes off, we don't get #BSNL signal at all. This is another major problem. But they don't bother to fix these.

My internet journey had begun from BSNL 3G. But still nearby towers are still on 2G, recieving 4G services from almost a BTS 8KMs away. @bsnl_care

Michael Mahilane (@MichaelMahilan1) reported@DARPG_GoI do something strict against BSNL. Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.
