    @CMDBSNL Sir. BSNL Exchange's 3G service is closed in Jamal Pur Bazaar, due to which students are not able to get online classes, you are requested to take the trouble of starting 3G service at the earliest.

    @NokiamobileIN @NokiaMobile Nokia 8.1 after April update to Android 11, does not support BSNL 4G sim. Please rectify the bug to regain the conference of ardent Nokia fans. This problem forces us to consider other companies. Please take it seriously.

    We people have BSNL landline that is of no use if we tell and give complain They make it proper after we call them 100 times and on half day again it won't be working. We understand there are few problems as our village is under low lying area we are not able to receive signal.

    Now they are focusing on making money Instead of giving better customer satisfaction service. Airtel service has gone down by a lot. It's great time for BSNL to work on their services and get their customers who are already frustrated by these companies.

    BSNL broadband/fiber-net offers a very poor service. As jio or other service providers are not yet available outside metropolitan, it is only BSNL that can be resorted to. Offering around 1000rs as a minimum plan doesn't justify the service it provides. #BSNL #BSNLBroadband

    @ViCustomerCare recently ported to vi from bsnl . USSD codes are not working. *199*2*1# should show balance but it is saying successfuly processed no sms nothing. How should I see the balance without internet?
