    @bsnl_care I don't send any private msg I can be sent in publically 20+years of customer from odisha , jajpur, without informing , without postal you their land line for7/8years ...who gave you this permission I have no due also #BSNL have to pay me ..can pay with intrest??no ans .,

    @BSNL_KL @JUST Trying to recharge my mom's mobile bsnl sim (Kerala )since yesterday and still failed. What's the issue? Customer care says it is a common issue and will be resolved in 2 hours since yesterday. It took 20min wait to talk to a customer care rep.
