    I lodged a complaint on @cpgrams regarding bsnl broadband, i was surprised to see such a quick response. Within half an hour, i received a call, they listened then again after half an hour they connected me with local authority and within 15-20 mins a person attended it. 1/n

    @BSNLCorporate Birpur in Supaul in Bihar @BSNL_BR Please look into the condition of BSNL Exchange in Birpur. Majority of time there is no network in Birpur.

    @aadrsh1 I guess for DNA here it took nearly 7 odd days during that time to fix the fibre. Definitely will give a buzz if bsnl for an enquiry.
