    @CMDBSNL Sir. BSNL Exchange's 3G service is closed in Jamal Pur Bazaar, due to which students are not able to get online classes, you are requested to take the trouble of starting 3G service at the earliest.

    @reliancejio @JioCare but the fact is i am getting the problem everywhere in punjab in delhi.. And surprisingly other operators are working fine no network issue no reconnecting issue even bsnl is working fine.. Lost the trust on jio High time to switch

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly do that because we are not alone who are facing this issue in this area, almost whole Morak is suffering.Public reaction is getting worse day by day towards BSNL, pls do something bcoz what we will do of plans and offers if voice, data is unavailable due to no network 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate Hello i am facing a problem of not able to use internet for about 10 days. I registered a complain on 18oct but still not my complain is not resolved. person bsnl sending is very rude and mannerless. My mom is the only one at home. I complained about that

    @PRVNDHL Hmm yeah less number of towers and poor maintenance cause them these effects. Only if they spend cash like pvt operators then only bsnl can improve coverage and stability of the system.

    @BSNLCorporate since 16 september, my internet is not working, BSNL only prompts to remind customer to pay the bill on time, but it doesnt take any action on customer grievances

    Jio internet stopped working the moment I had to submit Q 1. Went out of the house for network - no success. Had to switch to BSNL. When it came to Q3, BSNL stopped working, had to switch to Jio.
