    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @MadhavSheth1 What about Bsnl Volte Update... Except Realme at present all phones have Bsnl Volte .... U r X2,X2 Pro ,XT etc doesn't support Bsnl Volte even now

    @balahla It's a crazy strategy in india because the state here is weak. it's ability to deliver basic services is not the best, like however bad private telecom is, the experience is still better than BSNL. They are nice ppl in BSNL and I feel bad but still not the easiest to deal with.

    @BSNLCorporate it has been more than 10 days since im calling bsnl customer care regarding the bad fiber connection. Always same response - wait 24hrs - without any resolution. Very bad service from national provider.

    @BSNLCorporate Since I couldn't connect with above numbers from my bsnl due to outgoing issue, I tried above numbers from other mobile where customer care executive told me to contact 9419024365 which is a dead number. Sorry BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Location - Adgaon,nashik,Maharashtra. Its Been more than 24HOUR's + and still not a single signal bar for BSNL Sim. Not able to do Top Up recharge also What to do in case of emergency? Nocalls, No internet and No recharges Such a pathetic service

    @netshrink Wow, my landline is dead since day before. Second time in the last 6 months. Can you use your contacts and get the issue sorted out without me having to visit the local bsnl office minimum twice? Kthx in advance.

    @BSNLCorporate Though in the Self-Care portal marked RESOLVED by mechanics. But the problem has still NOT BEEN RESOLVED. No action has been taken by BSNL Calcutta Telephones for resolving the problems. This is note worthy that I pay my Telephone Bills Annually in ADVANCE.

    Raised a complaint no. 1053279457 with BSNL for landline being dead. The ticket was closed with giving some CR reference number without taking any action. Need attention from higher authorities.@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL
