    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @ShashankRS97052 @Indian_Analyzer Jio is going to do the same FYI, Airtel and Jio have strstrgically captured consumers and now they will charge for everything. So better to switch to netowrks like Voda or BSNL I agree BSNL’s network is weak but they will upgrade once they see people switching

    First time I already visited and wasted my 360o₹ of traveling charges. Who will pay if I visit second time. Same problem 2 times visit. I think people are free like BSNL are Free. From BSNL office gandhidham to KIDANA it's 6 km. Disappointed with services @bsnl_care @TRAI

    Loyalty has a price, and I've paid it for years as a BSNL user. Unfortunately, persistent network failures have forced me to rely on private players like Airtel, where I am now subjected to arbitrary pricing and predatory service tactics.
