    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @cb_doge @Starlink Suggestion : Instead of pitching it as a D2C thing, offer it as an uplink for BSNL/MTNL, the state owned operator who is the sole ISP attempting to connect these villages. Let them handle customer KYC etc + the last mile connectivity. Best of both worlds.

    @TRAI Awareness about non availability of network and Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi by BSNL should be there so that the customers don't feel cheated This is very essential so that customer should buy another sim from other service providers or may not buy BSNL
