    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Please introduce BSNL4G network as soon as possible. Their are large areas which are not covered by private Mobile network.The govt is killing BSNL..Give BSNL a level playing field and save BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate from the past 3 days, here in Tura Meghalaya pin:- 794001, there is no internet, no network of BSNL sim, Fiber connection. We are having immense problem as we are businessman and we have to do everything on the internet. Please look into the matter ASAP.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Team, Logged 3 complaints from the past 4 days complaints number:128782936152,128777076092 and 128779764253. Rude response from the bsnl customer care agents Supritha G R, Jyothi(Quality Assurance), Vijay Lakshmi(senior analysts).

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir we are facing a lot in Titwala and there are many subscribers who have approached BSNL office they said they can't help as they have contractual staff and non of them are bother as on roll staff are retired and they directly say withdraw your connection pls help us

    I am calling bsnl broadband customer service from yesterday but from there I am getting very disappointing reply. No one is listening in any way. As soon as anybody pick up the call, put it on the call hold. Never seen such bad service. @BSNLCorporate
