    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @ZeeNews Because they are not having multiple operator like it India. jio,Airtel, Vodafone,idea,bsnl. They have only 2 or 3 Operator. BSNL SHOULD ALSO get privatisation. Because they are not working properly

    Dear, @BSNLCorporate I want a BSNL FTTH connection, when I contacted BSNL office nearby they said FTTH is only available by third party when I contacted vendor they are demanding 6500 apx for install'n. Can you please help me to get the connection at genuine price at Deoghar JH.

    @BSNL_RJ @rsprasad Dear sir..while u r Focusing on increasing penetrations of internet in india.. we mango people are facing huge disappointed with Bsnl rajasthan- udaipur..landline is dead from last 20 days ,no revert from bsnl after complaining .. broadband is not working..

    @rsprasad Problems in BSNL :- 1- Battery Back up nil ..Light gone Signal off 2- Manpower Nil ( 80000 emplyees has taten VRS ) 3- Contract worker salary delayed - more than two years 4. No 4G in BSNL Delayed 5 yrs. 5- PVT telecom company ( JIO,Airtel,VI) are ready for 5G

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate #BSNLSena my internet on No 0172 2553590 is not working since 2 days. Online complaint lodged, now it says no complaint outstanding. Hence rebooked, BSNL employee says it will be resolved by 15 Mar 21 Long complaint resolving time why subscribe to BSNL

    @gudupandiit Just For few towers ?? I is to use BSNL connectivity few years back service worst Cost is much Customer support bunch of illiterates So as an ex-BSNL user they r not good at services Let BSNL give good service then JIO otherwise it’s just a burden on govt just pumping money
