    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @bsnl_care Have messaged all details My father, who has only a BSNL sim, has been in Mumbai for 3 days and his sim is totally down. Not able to call or use the mobile internet. Such a worse situation to put a senior citizen in!

    @BSNLCorporate It was big mistake for charging for a year plan. The bsnl not react to issues, register complaint & close without solving issue. Don’t know why register complaint & close but no action. Problem will not be adressed & no scope to port as I paid for a year recharge.

    Dear @BSNL_BR when will your network status improve? You force the public to port their BSNL sim to others network. It has been 3 days I have not seen network in my BSNL sim.
