@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

Hey @BSNL_Corporate, your SIM card availability is a major issue. airtel & jio SIMs are everywhere, but finding a BSNL one is a struggle. This needs to be fixed to compete. #BSNL #BSNL India @bsnl_care @CMDBSNL

Pathetic JIO service, internet is down since last 3 days, customer service is unresponsive.When we are moving towards WFH and Hybrid mode working, JIO broadband is going BSNL way , the core customer service is missing, pls do not take JIO services. @reliancejio @JioCare

And Bjp governments do borrowings to make surplus budget and at last no development!!! Push everything on private companies , do monopoly, destroy PSUs like bsnl and enjoy power.....that is long story. Talking about non bjp ruled states asking for share is, central government is giving all help to UP BIHAR GUJARAT and other states not even getting their share properly and Central government could not do anything by taking loan and didn't improve bihar UP shows there is too much corruption and Congress party states asking money for development

@JioCare 10th day running JioFiber is down. Paid more than 20000 rupees as annual charges. Why can't you share thr contact number of the technical support team in my area Thiruvanmiyur? This is thr worst service I have received from any telecom operator. Even BSNL used to resolve problems

@bsnl_care I can’t even make calls or use UPI. No one from your local BSNL office has contacted me or resolved the issue. Same age-old BSNL slow response and negligence. This is why people hesitate to port to BSNL

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care need at least minimum quality of network from BSNL. Getting worse day by day. Myself changed network from jio to Bsnl believed that would get minimum voice call & network but now it's getting worse than that. Now in my hometown Ranipet 0 network.

@manoj_216 That's been the business model. Build Infra using public funds through PSUs. Then Keep PSU companies at loss eg Indian railways, MTNL/BSNL, AirIndia and give poor services like railways accidents, poor management etc.
