@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

Due to Local BBNL OFC cut, my FTTH is not working from a week in Minapur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Local BSNL personnels are saying that they have no team at this time. Pls look at this @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate and arrange a restoration.

@airtelindia Bekar service. When I try to call to BSNL landlines it's telling "the diled number doesn't exist". But for other networks I am very well able to call to the same number. R u people out of mind !!

@BSNL_CHTD My BB fibre 22290026 has been out of order since 17th. Complaint lodged 18th. Not attended yet. Called people at JJNGR exchange and getting evasive replies. Is this BSNL is all about? Pathetic.

@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate Hi Bsnl i don't know what is wrong with BSNL fiber for the past 2 days the internet is not working, spoke to vendor he told ping issue, in a month in bsnl internet is down for 15 days still i am paying 1200/month,pathetic service My Ftth number 01596294634

@pib_comm I was very enthusiastic to know BSNL is sole service provider in my area. Was so proud of the fact. But experience is not gud at all. @Secretary_DoT can you please help me in getting things sorted for me and other users. We still want to believe in government services
