    @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    @moneygurusumit In future airtel, Jio and bsnl only available in the state of Tamil Nadu. Other states also airtel, Jio what ever government approves network available like maharashtra MTNL

    @BSNLCorporate Hi.I hve a bsnl number 9474301477 which was lost due to theft.I deactivated it.Then I bought another bsnl sim with same number and authorities there said it will be activated within 24 hrs.Still its not activated but network showing and outgoing nd incoming stopped

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Since yesterday afternoon no bsnl network at khajipet kadapa district Andhra Pradesh pincode 516203 please resolve o complained yesterday too not resolved how people can manage very bad service

    @Ravisutanjani @JM_Scindia directed to increase ARPU of BSNL instead of Market share. With lowest Market share focusing on increase of ARPU will endup in disaster. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

    BSNL fibre down for days in Kapileshwar Sthan, Madhubani (Service No: 06271-222166). No one is responding — no customer care, no vendor, no BSNL staff. Absolutely no support. Still paying and forced to spend extra on mobile data. This is unacceptable.
