    @bsindia @shashidigital What?? No offence but seriously, can BSNL be revived ? Is there even a remote possibility of that? I don't think they can match customer support services of Vodafone and Airtel.

    @swapnatiwari82 BSNL employees were given VRS abt 3 yrs back and many were not given their settlemnt dues in time and delays take place due to financial problems.

BSNL SE & JE & Lineman, Raised a dispute, because customer called on customer care because the Landline was not working. BSNL DM, has refused to provide Leased line, Why you want me to work now

    Despite the government's revival plan, making BSNL financially viable is not an easy task.With only 3.65% of the subscriber base, it has to play a difficult catch-up game. A way forward could be a firm-wide overhaul to provide quality service in which it has been deficient| #BSNL
