    @BSNL_KOTD @CTDBSNL My landline telephone number 033-24225010 is not working for last three months, we have logged many complaint & every next day we receive SMS from BSNL that the complaint is resolved, without even attending to it. Please look into it urgently.

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for your concern @BSNLCorporate Yesterday after few hours I tweeted, my problem was Resolved. So thank you but I hope if next time this type of problem occurs BSNL will resolve it ASAP. Thank you #BSNL_FTTH

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt Our BSNL landline in Secunderabad never works. Your billing system works very well :) and is prompt to take money regularly. Multiple complaints and you are still not fixing it - and you make it near impossible to close the landline connection

    @airtelnews U cheated by removing te 45 & 49 recharge. Y shud v pay so much when usage is less?? Will b porting to #mtnl/ #bsnl soon! Secondly they dont require customer to recharge every month to keep sim active!

    @BSNL_OR BSNL fiber in unit 8 bhubaneswar is not working perfectly. Disruption is very frequent.
