However, the use of unauthorized satellite phones without the required permission is prohibited under Indian regulations. BSNL provides authorized Global Satellite Phone Services (GSPS) to eligible customer as per Department of telecommunications (DoT) guidelines and applicable verification procedures.     @bsnl_care Hey @BSNLCorporate, "It's working fine now" is not a permanent solution. Another outage since 5 PM today in Adampur. Constant downtime every other day with zero accountability. Welcome to "Fiber" internet in 2026. Please fix your infrastructure. #BSNL #InternetDown
