  @BSNL_India Sir why the staff of bsnl helpline attending calls on number 1503 do not have the proper knowledge of the systems.. why customer has always loose the money/days when they believe whatever is suggested by helpline is authentic information..

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD I wanted to support #BSNL so applied for a LL and submitted all forms with the GST copy to the representative. First Invoice comes without GST and the rep says, go to head office and submit a request. No wonder BSNL is failing. No: 044-28340176

  @bsnlbroadband @BSNLCorporate #bsnl @bsnlupe it's been year I am using Bsnl broadband but since one year any issue arise or anything even though it's 2min work to resolve but line man always took 12+ hours which effect my work, please look into this for fast service. #bsnl #help

  @SomeelMehta @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Jio has also same problem, no network for 2 3 hrs. I think need to go with govt BSNL at least i can call when important.

  @BSNLCorporate Sir. TIP is not responding promptly to the customer grievance. Is there any control over TIP from BSNL? I'm a customer of a BSNL & not a customer of TIP. Also you've not yet confirmed the installation charges. pl confirm immediately.
