    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate From the past 2 weeks I'm facing voice issue in my bsnl sim, even after removing & ejecting the sim again in the smartphone, still the voice issue occuring. Whenever someone tries Calling me, no sound happens while ringing & it gets automatically cut.

    @BSNL_OR @mr_sushanta Bsnl outsourced it's services and customer is paying sky high charges around 6000 with modem while private service providers providing with 1500rs....... All advance payment Odisha Rayagada

    Great service ,all services are outsourced and installation with modem cost around 6000 for BSNL Fiber, other private providers just charge 1500-2000 for the same service #TalkToBSNLCGMOD

    After they are temporarily fixing the signal problems(there is no permanent solution). After some days again same problem , no BSNL signal ,if BSNL signal is there sometimes here is no BSNL 4G signal (only 2G signal) and if no power and also in rainy situations no BSNL signals

    in our village. We observed from last one year of time minimum 5 to 10 times(means approximately 2 month to 3months no signals ) happened BSNL tower not working no signals. Please provide parmanent solutions to our village .

    @BSNLCorporate Please don't give typical answers! Let me know what's the root cause of problem & how much time it will require to address it! Though BSNL BB services are stopped, I have paid full amt of bill in given time! Hence, quick action is expecetd please!Work is badly affected!
