@rsprasad I have applied for BSNL FTTH Connection on 23rd September and got FTTH no -2960413 from bsnl head office,ranchi. It's has now been a month but i have not got my connection installed. Sir kindly look into it and help me out.

@AbhijeetDGupta @BSNLCorporate The best way Abhijeet to close account with BSNL is to leave as - is. It will eventually get disconnected. Now, when you do this - they will send you bills with fines. Don't pay. Let them fix the bills and process. I will help you sue them if they don't do their part.

@BSNLJHARKHAND Tried once again to have faith on BSNL service and got service of FTTH at residence. Sorry to say if disconnect few days in every month, what one should do. Unfortunate. Better close BSNL.

@rsprasad Jio phone, Jiofiber, Jiofi in every house. BSNL on death bed. Call drop is around 90%, 3G not working still I am paying for that. Whatever you do to improve BSNL the money will go to top bosses. Better don’t waste taxpayers money. Auction BSNL and be happy.

Idk why.. but i was using @BSNL_JKD for 2years Regardless of its very bad service @BSNLCorporate you need to improve a lot.. i had faced a lot of problems like net not working, slow speed etc. If this remains constant you will never get younger gen. With you. #BSNL

Please auction BSNL, top bosses don’t want to run this. PSU is Kamdhenu for them. Providing free data but 3G is not working. What is the use. Call drop is almost 100%

@bsnl_care No calls are coming through. Fix the network first. No incoming calls are being received; callers are getting a "not reachable" message. Stupid BSNL.Clear network issues first , chelenge my location proof it. I will give you 1 crore; if it'sNot correct, are you prepared to pay?

@BSNLCorporate It'd be better if BSNL was privatized. What a pathetic service. I can't even access most of the websites. Only few sites like youtube and x are working. Wish my town had @reliancejio fiber connection instead of air fiber which is just 5g in the name of fiber.
