@BSNL_AS Why BSNL FTTH connection in Naharkatia,Dist-Dibrugarh,Assam,Pin-786610 is so unpredictable and has no certainty? I barely got 6,7hrs of service per day since last 3,4 weeks. Kindly solve the problem.

@BSNL_RJ I registered complaint for dead no internet on 1st Oct. The problem is as such but I got a message that problem is resolved. I received no call and no one visited my site. What technology BSNL uses to rectify problems without attending them? Please look into the matter

@BSNLCorporate I registered a complaint for phone no. 0291 2740250 on 1st Oct. The phone is still dead but I received a message from BSNL that problem is resolved. How they do it without attending? Please look into the matter and do not close complaint without working on it.
