    It has been few months since I am facing this issue, on a daily basis I end up calling BSNL support, with no solution. My understanding is that ONT has issue, which is being ignored for some reason, yet would prefer you experts to diagnose and provide proper cause and solution.

    @BSNLCorporate Two entire days without service, when can I expect resumption? Why does BSNL feel free to take time resolving such issues without giving any good reason or expected time ?

    Worst service from @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate , Cable wire was broken in my village yesterday morning. There was no proper action from local operator, called him around 200+ times today. No response from him. Raised several complaints on him. No action Taken. I am using BSNL

    @indian_nita Am one happy customer with BSNL, since i know when it gone fault how and were to reach for solution! But not all has such patients to handle things!
