    In Anantapur(AP) Tapovanam area BSNL Broadband service is the worst provider. In a month at least 10 days there will be network breakdown or no network is available.Customer care people dont respond. Person gave connection not at lifts calls@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @bsnl_ap_circle

    @BSNLCorporate I also tried to use the BSNL helpline numbers but they either didn't work or gave me a detail about the various plans. There was no way to contact the executive to lodge a complaint.

    @MadhavSheth1 What about Bsnl Volte Update... Except Realme at present all phones have Bsnl Volte .... U r X2,X2 Pro ,XT etc doesn't support Bsnl Volte even now

    @BSNLCorporate Since I couldn't connect with above numbers from my bsnl due to outgoing issue, I tried above numbers from other mobile where customer care executive told me to contact 9419024365 which is a dead number. Sorry BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate 02831 272340 Bsnl Broadband Connection Was Dead Since Last 3 Months. Very Bad Behavior is Done By Officers And Employees.Despite Repeated Verbal And Written Complaints No Work Of Any Kind Is Done. Such Bad Service Is Not Been Everywhere.

    @bsnl_tt I have been facing issues with my bsnl connection for the past 3 days. There is no internet, no incoming or outgoing. My SIM is from Bihar but I'm currently staying in Telangana. I am DMing you the details. Please look into this issue.

    @BSNL_GJ Any idea? Since 3 dsys I'm trying to log in on BSNL portal with accurate credentials for downloading bills of land line connections, but log in is rejected every time.. Can you please resolve the problem?

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing is working... now filed a complain against BSNL on NCH. Please change your behaviour towards customer. No one came to my place no communication done nothing is going good.

    @BSNLCorporate The same message was received on dtd. 26 Mar. 2021 but issue is not resolved. But BSNL plan validity expires on time in fact HH:MM:SS. Why there is no deadline to successful closure of issue.
