  @CGM_WB_BSNL In Madanpur, Nadia,pin -741245, ,I spoke to Chakdaha BSNL JTO, the about the 3G service in Madanpur. He informed me that he could not officially launch 3G because due to non availability of BTS card in Madanpur. So I request to BSNL India to provide require cards and equipment.

  And no one would ******* help you get that balance back in your account. Idea was a truly **** company. Truly dog ****. Like the only worse alternative to this was BSNL. Idea and Voda combined to create another chimera of ****. In my exp Jio has them beat in every category.
