    In Anantapur(AP) Tapovanam area BSNL Broadband service is the worst provider. In a month at least 10 days there will be network breakdown or no network is available.Customer care people dont respond. Person gave connection not at lifts calls@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @bsnl_ap_circle

    @ThePollLady BSNL is not just one white elephant - it's a whole herd of white elephants. It's impossible to revive BSNL unless it operates like a Private service provider. Till it operates as is today - nothing is going to change. The babus will keep drawing their hefty salaries & allowances.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Bsnl getting funds for revival but they don't want to spend the money for simple water , as it's a basic necessity but I believe they don't think so it's a requirement. Multiple times I am facing this issue in BSNL-EAST TELEPHONE EXCHANGE OFFICE.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia Sir we want merit based fast track promotions & transparency in transfer & posting. Carrot & stick policy with std. scale & wage revision is needed to boost morale of young Engineers PSUs in service sector implemented their wage revision except BSNL.

    @ThePollLady Indian govt isn't able to bring changes in law and order... Reviving bsnl is far from happening... losses and loans are on high scale... Also claims made by GoI abt improvement in service and installation of new FO are all fake...

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate We use BSNL Wi-Fi in our area 521 126 pin code …If we raise complaint it’s takes two days for technician to come resolve it …Please reduce turn around time with well qualified staff

    @vaniIlaessence I don't think the maker of this video has used any of these old tech in the days it existed. Landline phones? - sorry I don't miss it because monsoon would mean no service and you go to the godforsaken BSNL office 10 times in a month

    @ThePollLady Basically for getting normal service from BSNL there approach similar to the other government offices.. So it can't compete with the private players..

    @BSNL_AS dear BSNL team my complaint id 16637432232 & my landline not working my parents are dependent on your service as both are senior citizens kindly act @CMDBSNL my home is next to wireless telephone exchange and this is the service we are getting.

    @iamshinerk @ThePollLady Maybe during the UPA era, BSNL was purposely finished just like air india was. BSNL has a mammoth network which no one else has.
