    In Anantapur(AP) Tapovanam area BSNL Broadband service is the worst provider. In a month at least 10 days there will be network breakdown or no network is available.Customer care people dont respond. Person gave connection not at lifts calls@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @bsnl_ap_circle

    @manukr016 @guptakunaljee Yrr bhot confusion hai please correct karna agr mai glt hu to. Aapki sim BSNL hai right? Aur ye VI ke network se connect hai. If yes then how did you do that generally BSNL kim sim se VI 4G select karne par service unavailable show hota hai. Aur aapki sim kis state ki hai.

    Thought about porting one sim to BSNL but @BSNL_RJ @bsnl_care 's websites are down so can't even checkout the plans. Don't even know if they provide services in my region.

    Bsnl, they are lacking behind but at least now they are trying to do something about it, they are expanding their things, improving network connectivity and areas But they need some time and when they’ll get stable they need to compete over price And if they crack price then..

    No network on BSNL, called customer care and instead of helping they were rude & even disconnected the call midway. This is how customers are treated? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPEast @DoT_India #BSNL

    @BSNL_CHTD BSNL 5G may be realised only on 700mhz for indoor users and 2500, 3500Mhz won't support indoors. But others like Airtel optimized 3500mhz getting 5G in indoors. Even both 2100, 700 mhz coverage is low.

    1/6 🚨 BSNL services have been a disappointment lately. Frequent call drops, slow internet speeds, and sudden network drops are just a few issues I'm facing. @bsnl_care, when will you fix this?

    BSNL 2G is garbage in North India.. It's only good in T.N, Kerala, A.P, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Assam. Rest of the circles it's not even good just for calls. Vi 2G is miles ahead specially in circles with 900 MHz 2G.

    @King_himanshu08 In my city - Chennai, both airtel and jio is having good 5g speed. I don't know what's your frustration. Ya. Price is a bit hiked but the service of both is very good compared with BSNL which is decades backward with 3G. Even BSNL has hiked the prices without any upgrades.
