    In Anantapur(AP) Tapovanam area BSNL Broadband service is the worst provider. In a month at least 10 days there will be network breakdown or no network is available.Customer care people dont respond. Person gave connection not at lifts calls@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @bsnl_ap_circle

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @DoT_India It's been consecutively 5 months since i have get bsnl FTTH services installed.Not a single day has passed when i haven't faced any problems with your services. On top of that atleast 15 days every month there is no service at all. Shame on you!

    @BSNLCorporate @CVCIndia @mygovindia Many of bsnl's permanent/temporary contractual employees have taken/given ftth franchise in many places in Karnataka. And they have support of Higher officers. Brought many instances to the notice of concerned. No action taken yet.

    @BSNLCorporate is the worst internet provider ever. They call to make sure you pay bill every month but they never call to make sure internet is working or not. It's trash don't ever use bsnl internet. they charge ₹650 for 3mbps here in Muzaffarnagar UP. Such a fraud company.

    @BSNL_BR Your entire Vendor Dealership service is worst.. kya kru ispe communicate ?? Kise bolu ye dealership hatao aur khud apna network chalao ??? Dealers do manmani and charge RS 6000 for BSNL Bharat Fibre with ONT and 3500 for BSNL Bharat Fibre without ONT.
