    @alokdubey1408 @BSNLCorporate Please give details Which hand do you use to pick up the phone? When do you realize there was no network? How much time did you waste in waiting before complaint registration? which year were you born? Then BSNL will workout plan how to show their apology.

    @BSNL_GJ Dear BSNL GUJARAT In below mentioned area internet speed is deadly slow(<100kbps). Earlier verbal complaint has been raised to Anand office. But still not improved. Humble request for high speed net. Location: UMRI NAGAR, BH:ABADNAGAR, OPP: ISMAIL NAGAR, ANAND-388001

    @gmtd_nadiad Dear Sir. We are facing landline problem since a month. BSNL guy came and checked but the issue doesn’t solve yet. This problem is occurring from your exchange mdf. And we have to face the customers in our Rto office. So please solve this problem ASAP. 0268 2550060

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, landline complaint lodged on 1st Nov21, Dkt- 16315532222 still unresolved. BSNL Alipur staff Mr Ananda Prasad Saraf, Asim Das and Mr Shyamal Halder, DE, asking to contact the other person. BSNL charging rental without service. Please advice.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I am from Kolkata circle, having landline with “VALUE ALL CUL” plan. Now I want to change my tariff to “Super Value BSNL CUL” plan. But I can’t change from selfcare portal after repeated try. Please help.
