    @BSNL_GJ Dear BSNL GUJARAT In below mentioned area internet speed is deadly slow(<100kbps). Earlier verbal complaint has been raised to Anand office. But still not improved. Humble request for high speed net. Location: UMRI NAGAR, BH:ABADNAGAR, OPP: ISMAIL NAGAR, ANAND-388001

    @DoT_India Is there an SLA for the BSNL to resolve a FTTH broadband complaint ? Why the Bill has to be paid in full when there is service outage for many days ? Bsnl takes their own time to resolve the issue and why the customer has to pay for it ?

    @BSNLCorporate My issue hasn't been solved since past 4 months. Please don't reply "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance.". I'm fed up of this.
