@alokdubey1408 @BSNLCorporate Please give details Which hand do you use to pick up the phone? When do you realize there was no network? How much time did you waste in waiting before complaint registration? which year were you born? Then BSNL will workout plan how to show their apology.

A good reason to keep your MTNL/BSNL landline: in case of a Kashmir-style communications lockdown, sarkari telephone networks will reopen first. Many people clearly think such a lockdown is quite likely, judging by the frantic calls I received during the present Whatsapp outage.

Not sure how big a crony exactly Adani is, but blaming him for the 3000 kg drugs at his Guj port is a bit like blaming BSNL because somebody used their network for, say drug dealing. I hope that SRK kid eventually turns out ok, doesn't currently seem like he's exactly involved
