    @BSNLCorporate i am Parimal .i use bsnl sim there is no network of bsnl 4g enen also 2g network are not available.i request to you please solve this problem.

    @BSNLCorporate how do I activate VoLTE on my BSNL number? I am using 4G, but VoLTE is not working. Because of that, every time I get calls, the network goes down to 2G. This is in Kolkata.

    Dear BSNL, every day prepaid customers are being charged for data services that are not being properly provided. Despite repeated complaints and assurances of resolution, there has been no actual improvement in the network issue for over a month.

    BSNL closed my complaint docket without providing any actual resolution. Mobile data service is still unusable, and I am forced to post this using another network while already paying BSNL in advance for data services. Complaint No.: E1423150247339
