    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL2 The worst network in Katkumbh village in Chikhaldara Tahsil, Dist Amravati. 444801. Always no network, or 2G network available. Thousands of customers are porting from BSNL to Jio. BSNL you will never be a good network provider.

    @reliancejio Ported my Jio postpaid number (ending with 2030) to BSNL in March 2025. Due to unpaid ₹14.19 bill (missed unknowingly), BSNL deactivated my SIM. Now I can't pay Jio online without the account number. @JioCare please help with account details to restore my SIM.

No support received from your app or helpline. Since last 7 days no internet is available. No one is responding. If possible plz help

    @bsnl_care All BSNL landlines are down at our hospital in Palwal, Haryana for the past 2 days. We’ve contacted the local SDO, JTO, and vendor, but the issue is still unresolved. Urgently request support. Docket no: BSNL-HA-2025-CU-07291753800726
