    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR my landline and broadband has been non functional for over two months, not been able to lodge a complaint online due to some error. Follow up with local rural exchange has borne no result. But BSNL wants me to keep paying the bills.

    @BSNL_MH sir I ported my number to bsnl on 09 march 2022, but till today my sim is not active and has no network. Also no one picks call in CSC

    @BSNLCorporate For next couple of days I didn't get any solution from exchange, JTO or vendor. I can say there was no help from any concerned team. As per vendor, he didn't get support from BSNL. So, pls look into this matter and take some action so this type of issues should be resolved ASAP.

    @cgmbsnlcg @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate - My BSNL Fiber connection was working extremely slow yesterday & now completely down since early Morning today. Last Friday & Saturday, it was down for more than 7hrs due to Fiber cut. Totally unsatisfactory service from an ISP.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My father just bought a bsnl sim. On calling 1507 for almost 5 times each call lasting almost 8-10 minutes of wait, no one's picking the call to verify the sim. Not a delightful welcome to the BSNL network community. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @BSNL_BR @Riturajthakur07 Is it what a customer is paying for?why he will visit exchange?why u can't give necessary instructions to concerned team?U ppl are responsible for d condition of BSNL.Bhai Sahab Nahi Chalega par Yaha Jio chlega .Jo 4 yr ki company hai wo profit me hai aur aap 70 k hokar b loss.
