    @DoT_India Hope so, action will be taken soon from govt officials who are delaying. If #Bsnl is privatized I will be happy, as private firms work faster in such issue and they could have resolved it within a week.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt Our BSNL landline in Secunderabad never works. Your billing system works very well :) and is prompt to take money regularly. Multiple complaints and you are still not fixing it - and you make it near impossible to close the landline connection

    I had the connection installed at a rented place and I need to vacate the premises by tom. I have been trying to connect for past 3-4days. U have also started to work like bsnl. Everything is good except customer service. PLS RESOLVE URGENTLY, or tell me process 2 surrender 2/2

    @MohsinAli0904 Both Jio and bsnl network in village samrah is not working. Please sir direct the respective official to restore network immediately as in this disastrous situation everyone is concerned about the safety of loved ones and the network issue is making it worse🙏

    @Liveletlive4 Sir /madam It is a FRAUD message. Beware of fraudulent messages/calls .Bsnl never asks such details to any random no.s or any link .Don’t ever share personal details with callers from unknown /suspicious no.s . In case of any doubt call 18001801503/1503 or visit nearby csc .
