Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Now their internet speed increased but not satisfying me cause I need more than 2 mbps, they said they will increase it within 3 days.💙 If both airtel and idea don't work, I will switch to BSNL WiFi 💙

So customer care told go to BSNL office & they will give you new SIM card at the same number. But office demand 1000 rs.
