    @CMDBSNL @UN @UNinIndia My refund, Sir, of 3941/- approved in April 19 , phone surrendered on 9-11-2018, is still to be paid to me. My efforts so far by contacting top BSNL officials is in vain. My surrendered Landline no is 04424745037. 2020 is only 4 days away. HELP Please.

    @Airtel_Presence "Airtel India (via Twitter)"This is 2nd issue. I ported my BSNL number to Airtel prepaid on 4th. My cell number 9445583673. I paid Rs499 pack on 4th towards uld calling, 3gb per day data, sms, 1year hotstar vip, 1 m xstream. Today Sim Activated.Pack not activated

    The reason why BSNL is the last option a person wants or never opted is this I guess...landline dead for last one month, lodged complaints twice 129583320112 and 130210191112 after few days received a message as resolved but landline still dead @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD

    My Landline 04424745037 was surrendered on 9-11-2018.Bsnl Chennai tweeted that 3941/- was approved in April 19.I have not received the refund yet. 13 months past. HELP.

    @airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

    @narendramodi_in @rsprasad The suggestion to adopt the " System integrator" model with a pretence to home grown vendors, for building BSNL's 4G network will certainly result in cost ineffectiveness besides hurting the capability of BSNL to compete . Please stop this wrong.

    @BSNL_CHTD have placed complaints that my office phone is not working with the BSNL office in Nandanam. No response. They say there is no person to come and look into the complaints. I am having this number for more than 20 years. This is an inconvenience. Please look into it.

I ported from Airtel to BSNL in Dec'18 for better network. Now realised that I cant even recieve SMS/OTP intime in BSNL. Pls help🙏

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate bsnl forcing me to port out by not resolving my issues. Always get call failed for outgoing. Even though my recharge till sep 26 (1 yr plan) I am porting because of outgoing issues where no response from bsnl. Review how many outgoing calls since plan

    @lavanyadeepak Sir/Madam,  It is intimated that Shastri Nagar Sub Post Office has been temporarily merged with the Adyar Sub Post Office, as the distance between the two Post Offices does not satisfy the prescribed establishment criteria. Further it has been observed that the distance between Adyar Post Office and the merged Shastri Nagar Post Office is approximately 800 metres to 1 kilometre, which is below the prescribed norm for opening a separate post office.              However, the Sub Postmaster of Adyar has been instructed to accord equal and efficient service to customers whose accounts were transferred from the Shastri Nagar Post Office as well as the existing Adyar Post Office account holders and to ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers so as to minimize inconvenience and provide efficient postal and savings bank services to all customers.            Further, it is intimated that a field examination has already been initiated to assess the prevailing situation and examine the feasibility of implementing suitable measures in accordance with departmental guidelines. In connection with server connectivity issues, it is intimated that he BSNL link at Mumbai has been down since this morning due to a power outage at the Data Centre and is currently under restoration.         Hence, online postal services (SB/PLI) could not be rendered across the country on 03.06.2026.          However, the issue has already been taken up with BSNL team for early restoration of services.          Inconvenience caused in this regard is regretted.
