    @IndianExpress Close down business or else again after 5 yrs BSNL wud show 5000 cr as losses. Coz they do not know how to do business. Even when they were monopoly decades ago shown same loss sheet.

    @CMDBSNL @UN @UNinIndia My refund, Sir, of 3941/- approved in April 19 , phone surrendered on 9-11-2018, is still to be paid to me. My efforts so far by contacting top BSNL officials is in vain. My surrendered Landline no is 04424745037. 2020 is only 4 days away. HELP Please.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @TRAI Dear DOT & TRAI, I haven't received any response from BSNL till now. I request to please reconfirm whether I can port back to my old network. I ported from Airtel to BSNL in Dec'18 for better network. Now realised that I cant even recieve SMS/OTP intime in BSNL. Pls help🙏

    @rsprasad Dear Sir, I have been running around BSNL office Chennai for the past one month and have been lodging complains in all forums for a simple internet connection. Despite of my house already having the cabling. BSNL has taken no connection except delaying it. Request help

    @BSNLCorporate #bsnl I don't know why a simple online service cannot be delivered.. I have shared the landline number, registered mobile number, contact number along with problem details.. no response!! Reason why #bsnl will never be first choice for consumers!!

    @Pretentiousme @rakeshranjankr @rishibagree Leave 4G how was the service of BSNL before 4G was rolled out in India. I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact. You can do a survey with any BSNL cust. of 2000 05

    @manojsinhabjp Just before few minutes few authorities came from bsnl and said this doesn’t belong to them... if it belongs to reliance jio or any other company pls govt help me.I would request u to take away the post as it is disturbing my home and safety issues..

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN is the worst network I ever seen. Because, Eventhough my BSNL sim card is 4G capable, they are giving 3G (metropolitan city - Chennai). I am Also not getting UPC code. I hate BSNL.

    @mr_mayank As I previously stated, I only use V! & BSNL. I know both have very limited data speeds, and anyway, they won't treat people in two ways, if V! treats you, BSNL won't treat you like that. (1/2)

    @AxisBank hi ianfacing installation of axisbak app using BSNL sim SMS is sent and the connection becomes 2g temporarily , resulting in slow connection and the app losses connection Pl do something for BSNL customers to install axis Bank app

    @bsnl_care I applied my porting number to BSNL on date 23 April 2026 but still my number is not got activated everything is done several times of contact to customer care for example I have also docket response number E 2320 154 212 910 and everything is done but services from bsnl 🚫

    @bsnl_care I clearly stated that after calling the BSNL staff, they restored the service. BSNL Fiber is now working. But the question is, if the recharge was for six months, why did it stop after two months and why did I receive messages to recharge? I've shared my number in the DM.
