@Airtel_Presence The way it functions it may soon become absence. After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Complaint to ceodesk also fallen on deaf ears

@BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN is the worst network I ever seen. Because, Eventhough my BSNL sim card is 4G capable, they are giving 3G (metropolitan city - Chennai). I am Also not getting UPC code. I hate BSNL.

@Pretentiousme @rakeshranjankr @rishibagree Leave 4G how was the service of BSNL before 4G was rolled out in India. I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact. You can do a survey with any BSNL cust. of 2000 05

@BSNLCorporate it's regarding the telephone line for excess billing though outgoing call is locked.visited bsnl office but they are least bothered to reply. Is this indian govt company that's why people prefer going private very bad service

@Airtel_Presence I’ve used that number 900303777 almost 11 years and it was disconnected for ₹67, I asked my number @ Parrys Showroom in Chennai, they said approach BSNL & BSNL said contact Airtel! How you say my issue resolved? First of all understand the issue!

@sukumaranlens @rishibagree BSNL service, please don't joke. Out of 30 days in a month approximately 20 days the basic landline service wil be dead. No use of walking to the telephone exchange and registering complaints.

@BSNL_CHTD Hello sir/madam, I asked for the acknowledgement for the sanctioned new landline bsnl connection. Till now I didn't get. Why this concern too lazy in picking up the call which you have given for customer care services?.. That's why private concerns are growing.

@rsprasad @CMDBSNL The ill adviced "outsourcing" of external plant in BSNL has resulted in poor services and customer faults are pending for months unattended. BSNL fastly loosing very large number of customers who migrated to other players via MNP. Urgent intervention please.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Landline complaint number 127272277712 with Bsnl chennai still unattended and fault not cleared till now. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

@narendramodi_in @rsprasad The suggestion to adopt the " System integrator" model with a pretence to home grown vendors, for building BSNL's 4G network will certainly result in cost ineffectiveness besides hurting the capability of BSNL to compete . Please stop this wrong.

@airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

@Ravisutanjani I have serious regrets after switching to BSNL. No network, app glitches, no VoWiFi, no eSIM, no miss call alerts, No free incoming, no caller tunes, no proper customer support. Etc etc. I hope these are the sufficient reasons not to choose BSNL.

TELECOM COMPANIES before 2014 Idea Airtel BSNL Aircel Uninor Reliance Vodafone Videocon MTS India Tata Docomo TELECOM COMPANIES left after 2014: Jio Airtel Vodafone (barely surviving) Who destroyed all private players? And for whom? Today, even a poor villager in a rural area has to pay ₹200–300 every month just to make basic calls.

@mohitlaws BSNL has Optical Fiber network through out india 4 to 6 lakh kms before Jio launch. After Jio announcement Central govt scrap that all fiber cables and nearly shutting BSNL. This is huge scam which no one talk about. And now suddenly all are actively saving BSNL with 3.5 g speed.

@IndianTechGuide They need to work on their network. They have weak networks, call drops and what not. And on top of this, once you go a few km from the city. You see no signal. It's better to use BSNL as a secondary SIM with Rs 107 plan
