    @rsprasad Dear Sir, I have been running around BSNL office Chennai for the past one month and have been lodging complains in all forums for a simple internet connection. Despite of my house already having the cabling. BSNL has taken no connection except delaying it. Request help

    @sukumaranlens @rishibagree BSNL service, please don't joke. Out of 30 days in a month approximately 20 days the basic landline service wil be dead. No use of walking to the telephone exchange and registering complaints.

    @narendramodi_in @rsprasad The suggestion to adopt the " System integrator" model with a pretence to home grown vendors, for building BSNL's 4G network will certainly result in cost ineffectiveness besides hurting the capability of BSNL to compete . Please stop this wrong.

    @Airtel_Presence engineer did not come my home what happened I will kindly request you please disconnect my line I very frustrated by first time looking this kind of problem and operator I think BSNL is a common operator so I get connection in BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate #bsnl I don't know why a simple online service cannot be delivered.. I have shared the landline number, registered mobile number, contact number along with problem details.. no response!! Reason why #bsnl will never be first choice for consumers!!

    My BSNL BB service got severed for the past seven days without any apparent reason.Contacted all the persons of BSNL and the concerned AE with no results yet.Replies are contradictory from each persons and who can end this trauma

    @BSNL_CHTD have placed complaints that my office phone is not working with the BSNL office in Nandanam. No response. They say there is no person to come and look into the complaints. I am having this number for more than 20 years. This is an inconvenience. Please look into it.

    Jio and BSNL network’s are better. If customers pay full money why should they get full services. why @TRAI has given power to stop consumers switching network if bills are unpaid even if bills and not genuine. So why not any penalty for service providers also

    @JioCare The issue was finally resolved on 24.04.2026 at 5 PM, after a full 6-day delay. Yet, you claim there was 'no delay.' Had this been a government service like BSNL, the engineer would have faced strict action or punishment by now.
