    @bsnl_ap_circle my number is 9490160010. Post paid cprporate group. Want to switch over to 499 plan or else change the network. Previously tried but bsnl people advised to submit application at visakhapatnam which is 250 km away. Suggest the solution or give me way to get rid

    @_ChaubeyJi @hellfire_81 Correct also another unfortunate fact is even if some private companies replace HAL, they will start making losses but won't be shut down. Govt will keep bailing them out.. Just like Private companies replaced BSNL but taxpayer fund yearly losses of thousands of crores per year.

    @JM_Scindia why are you destroying BSNL by outsourcing critical digital projects, handling sensitive Indian data to Chinese firm Whale Cloud? This was previously managed by TCS, but now service is a disaster and our data's at risk in chinese hands. @DoT_India @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @DoT_India BSNL has pathetic customer care system. If a complaint is registered, it won't allow to register another complaint. It sends OTP to share after closing of complaint. But, BSNL personnel never asked for it & close it without resolving. Pathetic!

    You can't get an E-Sim of BSNL at the shamshabad BSNL office, Hyderabad. The staff says "go to the main office at lakdikapul" with arrogance. Wrap your incompetent offices & services in your ***. @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTelangana @CMDBSNL. The customer demands an explanation.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL has not provided any option in Selfcare App for billing related issues. BSNL is still living in monopoly era. Evolve! There should be email address/ contact no. of Accounts Officer (TR) in the BSNL Bill for billing related issues. Improve!

Revival efforts have helped: operating profit hit ₹5,000 cr this FY, EBITDA up 149% to ₹5,396 cr in FY25, subscriber growth to 9.1 cr, and ~98,000 indigenous 4G sites rolled out.

    @bsnl_care @VodafoneIdeaIN congratulations on starting services in mumbai . But your staff does not know of any valid BSNL recharge plan available for Mumbai . Tried using *123# service also but it is not responding. Pls provide link to valid plans for Mumbai.
