    @bsnl_ap_circle my number is 9490160010. Post paid cprporate group. Want to switch over to 499 plan or else change the network. Previously tried but bsnl people advised to submit application at visakhapatnam which is 250 km away. Suggest the solution or give me way to get rid

    @DoT_India R/Sir FTTH 2999320 of R K Nayak DGM SBI at Bank Road Patna is disturbed from 2nd Sept and completely dead from 17 Sept.MSO refused for restoration due to some payment issues from BSNL .Department view is that it will be entertained only after shifting in BSNL quota.

    @BSNL_KOTD Please take necessary action to replace the faulty card of broadband line of Ketugram Post Office (713140), Purba Barddhaman. Customer get harrased for not availability of link. Reputation of BSNL is at high risk. Please do needful.
