    @bsnl_ap_circle my number is 9490160010. Post paid cprporate group. Want to switch over to 499 plan or else change the network. Previously tried but bsnl people advised to submit application at visakhapatnam which is 250 km away. Suggest the solution or give me way to get rid

    @bsnl_care You can refer my last ticket BSNL-MH-2024-CU-12301735580300 for the details. Post that more than 1 year passed but till now there is no signal in my location. You can refer the DM as well.

    @BSNLCorporate booked on 30 april collected the cim from csc but sim is still not activate by bsnl csc person saying that he has completed the process from his end but sim is still showing no service in phone and customer care is telling to ask from csc as number is not showing in there system

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_OR plz fix call issue on priority - calls are not getting connected and when dialled, its taking nearly 50sec to get ring to receiver end. this is irritating and in malls in Bbsr, no BSNL network also for which we can't use net for payment as well. @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate my wife’s SIM suddenly stopped working. Number is linked with Aadhaar & bank accounts. Siliguri BSNL office refused SIM replacement cause Aadhaar biometric is locked and OTP cannot be received due to dead SIM. Kindly help with manual verification/reissue urgently.

    1. Is anyone else facing network problems with BSNL since last 2-3 days? I have 2 SIMs and both are not working properly. Sometimes network connects for a few minutes, but most of the time there is no signal, calls are not connecting not working properly. #bsnl #networkissue

    @le__Menace I have done network audits for ISP companies like satyam, GSPC, BSNL etc. We were also authorised distributor for BSNL services so design and setting up network for PSB was my main work

    @BSNLCorporate As per your customer care associate, she told me that invoice paper not available at BSNL SELFCARE app, if i recharge through my prepaid sim. Is it correct? I want my INVOICE PAPER
