  @bsnl_ap_circle my number is 9490160010. Post paid cprporate group. Want to switch over to 499 plan or else change the network. Previously tried but bsnl people advised to submit application at visakhapatnam which is 250 km away. Suggest the solution or give me way to get rid

  I have never been a BSNL user before. So if I want to choose a number of my choice, I don't even see that option anywhere. You should bring some such feature in your app so that you can login to the app even without BSNL SIM card. Like guest login from where user can check offers

  @BSNL_UPEast Online agent service at the doorstep should be provided. Bsnl needs to work a little more with diverse calling and data packs. We won't need jio and airtel then. Done

  @SaldanhaArshads @JM_Scindia BSNL network doesn't work in Mumbai. Though BSNL claims to having a 4G network in Mumbai. I have experienced a dead network.
