@WeekendInvestng No wonder Gov is opting for privatization. Gov employees/companies can only be used for infrastructure not service. BSNL providing tower space to other service providers mainly in rural and semi-urban areas but they can't service their own plans.

I have lost my mobile on 5th February, I submitted all documents on 6th February for #BSNL office for new SIM card. But still now no connection 😠. Other provider solved this problem within 2 hours. But #bsnlindia still no connection.

@ForthAsh govt offers already postal service, cellular service, transportation services, etc for its citizens. you have freedom to use BSNL, etc or its rival, no one is stopping you. I already use govt provided official email ID by my institute for most communication.

@BSNL_KOTD Very poor service in Olaichanditala, Hooghly under Chinsurah PIN - 712103 though it is under BSNL CTD. First, improve service then advertise. You have no other reply other than deep regrets. Poor service is the reason BSNL is closing down. Inform your officers about this.

@BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 125220378064 has been Resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. Thank you. They have closed issue as resolved..But in actual all issues remain the same... I don't know what to say.. Can anyone Help?
