BSNL, Uttarakhand is committed to provide mobile services in disaster affected area.Our BTS is 4 Km away from tunnel and only service provider in that very difficult area.We shall try our best to provide telecom and other help whatever is possible.

@ArunSonde2 Change in system happened due to interference by private players. And the system is developed by and managed by TCS and not NIC. With the same logic, BSNL should be No 1 service provider Simple, when you had a competition with private bus operator, ST has introduced Shivneri..

@rsprasad Still BSNL not improving their service. My landline no.0268 2559686 out of order since four days. Call and broadband internet totally paralyzed. Complaint booked. However nobody care to solve the issue. Nobody approached me. At last decided to surrender the phone.
