  During COVID time, a drain was being built in our area and BSNL wires were damaged. I complained, but there was no response. I filed an RTI. They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.

  I don’t know why @airtelindia is not getting the hate it actually deserves. It’s 5G never works and I am totally depended on office and local wifi provider at home. The moment I use airtel it’s ****** up and never works. It’s rates are skyrocketing but servic is worst then bsnl
