    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD Dear BSNL mobile internet service of BSNL is not working since last 5 days. I dont understand how are u going to add new customers with such a service. Country is moving towards 5G and u cant even provide 3G services properly I am truly shocked @BSNL_UKD

    @BSNL_UKD hello, i am from village SELIBAGAR near diyari P O : panuwanaula . DISTT : - almora . Here your only 2g signal available in BSNL . So please give us 3g , 4g network in this location and resolve our problem

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl broadband is not working in my area since 3 days due to non payment of electicity, 14 towers have been shutted down customers are facing huge problems. do try to solve it asap.

    @BSNL_TN Bsnl is the worst never ever use it if services are like this by the branches Couldn't understand how bsnl karnal office is working they are still finding it hard to deploy new technology which has to be completed by now they are now delaying for no reasons now just

    @BSNLCorporate Sringeri BSNL systems are completely incapable to handle traffic. so for Begar area please provide internet from Koppa. Goodwill is completely destroyed by your outdated technology. Corporate office pls investigate once complete system of this exchange. This is not OFC issue

    @reliancejio pathetic network coverage in village talai, Dalhousie. Even Bsnl has full network there. Porting to Airtel after using Jio for 3-4 years. Instead of trying to cover more area, Jio should focus on providing better coverage to existing customers.

    @Elizatweetz I have worked in public sector and I know its a national waste. In 1985? a dial telephone made by ITI used to be sold to BSNL (on cost+ profit basis). Poor Indians paid dearly. Then electronic phones came made by many pvt sector. BSNL purchase price Rs400/-. Better most r closer.

    Very painful 2 inform that my BSNL broadband get disconnect frequently from 6 months when power goes of due to lack of power back up from BSNL. due to BSNL Franchise negligence & behavior issues i'm facing problem .Plz resolve my issue. @BSNL_KTK @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_HR One of the complaint for Internet issue is pending since 4 days. Is it service provided by BSNL ? If you can take responsibility for service it's useless, than customers choose private operator. Why ? Internet not working since last 2 months.

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl landline customer care is very bad . I call in customer care employee received my request but do not resolve my problem cut the call only 1 minute .
