    @JioCare Jio network people just know how to take money, in return, God is the owner of the network, complaining many times, just the people of Jio network say that there is a limited network in your area, it is better to port it to Airtel or BSNL, this is a thief.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD Dear BSNL mobile internet service of BSNL is not working since last 5 days. I dont understand how are u going to add new customers with such a service. Country is moving towards 5G and u cant even provide 3G services properly I am truly shocked @BSNL_UKD

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl broadband is not working in my area since 3 days due to non payment of electicity, 14 towers have been shutted down customers are facing huge problems. do try to solve it asap.

    @BSNL_UKD hello, i am from village SELIBAGAR near diyari P O : panuwanaula . DISTT : - almora . Here your only 2g signal available in BSNL . So please give us 3g , 4g network in this location and resolve our problem

    @DoT_India @TRAI . This is the pathetic situation of BSNL service. I have been following up with them for the past 4 days to send portability UPC code . They are unable to resolve the same . An amount of Rs 15 got deducted and till now I didnt get the upc code to port out

    @BSNL_TN UPC port issue is going on for almost 4 days and everytime I call custom support they are asking 24 hours,they ask me to retry and 1.20goes to BSNL and service is not offered.what kind of service BSNL offers people,

    Hello @BSNLCorporate my 78 yrs old father uses Bsnl number , whenever he do outgoing calls he is forced to hear your outgoing announcement promotion which confuses him and he keep saying hello hello thinking someone is speaking whom he called in first place , I called customer care to disable this outgoing promotional announcement offers which we are not interested, but customer care refused to act @TRAI why are we forced like this , what’s the legal way to stop this nonsense

    @bsnl_care Yesterday, I was promised by one of your executive that the issue will be resolved by Yesterday EOD. What is the update on that? Just generating a porting UPC code is taking 3 days then how can we all expect BSNL to improve it's service quality?

    @BSNLCorporate my phone number having validity till 16/10/2026 is barred from calling / texting to any mobile number. I went to Lucknow BSNL center and they told me it is blocked from Allahabad and they are unable to help. I am paying for services i can't even use. Is this fair?
