@BSNLCorporate Thank you, I got in touch bsnl executives today from Bengalore, they said earlier they were not aware of how resolve my issue, but now they discussed internally and they can resolve it. Thanks I will follow up those bsnl executives and hopefully issue will be resolved soon.

@BSNL_OR I am fed up with this. Issue is not resolved and how concerned team is saying it is solved. Please try to call to my landline no then you will know what it is happening. And if these type of service your concerned team is giving then it is better for me and BSNL to close my conn.
