@BSNL_PB Again a worst Experience with BSNL...I tried a lot to set up a broadband connection in my area & the local concern person is declining to set up becoz they have to work hard to set up the internet connection ..I hope now you can see the failure of yours. @BSNLCorporate

@AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Sorry to say Condition of Bsnl in India is very worst INDIAN first government telecom company has weakest network and other telecom companies have started 5g service in country but BSNL is on maximum 2g ang 3g service Shame on this first telecom company. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw - Today is a Ganesh Chaturthi festival and #BSNL Network in my area is continuously fluctuating ON/OFF. t This kind of service is being provided to customer so that customer will opt for Pvt TSP. Please get the network checked and apply the fix.

@BSNL_PB So on 17th August, I informed you that BSNL Selfcare website is not updated with new plans. Hence I'm unable to change my plan. It's 31st August now & yet nothing has been done so far to resolve the issue. Do you have any justification for this?
