    @BSNL_PB Again a worst Experience with BSNL...I tried a lot to set up a broadband connection in my area & the local concern person is declining to set up becoz they have to work hard to set up the internet connection ..I hope now you can see the failure of yours. @BSNLCorporate

    It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care

    @IndianTechGuide Modi government killed BSNL show privates could do this lol. No new large investment by their owners aka the government to improve service or to capture market shares. Meanwhile in China their state owned companies dominate the markets.

    @airtelindia I recently ported my mobile number from BSNL to Airtel. I need a copy of the Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) submitted during the porting/activation process. Please let me know the procedure to obtain my CAF and the required documents for verification.

    @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India no BSNL network since yesterday, not able to do banking transaction, e office work. No prior information from BSNL. This has never happened with my 2nd SIM Airtel. Out of sentiment, I am keeping the the BSNL, now it's enough....

    @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate You often talk about Digital India, but how is Digital India possible when BSNL broadband is down for the entire day? This happens frequently, and the local vendor often doesn’t answer calls. We pay for the service—will BSNL extend our validity ?

    @BSNL_GJ my BSNL connection (02836-299716) not working since 8th August (from last 4 days). I have registered several complaints through BSNL app, FTTH app, telephonically and even visited BSNL office Gandhidham physically. But nothing happened @BSNL_GJ @BSNLGujOfficial
