@BSNL_KTK Dear BSNL it's almost become impossible to continue service with you. Every week you have more than 5 to 6 times internet goes down. Server down, line down, outage. How do u expect us to continue in this way.

@BSNL_RJ I have bsnl prepaid sim and I want to port it to @reliancejio but i can't send sms to 1900 for port. It show error 69, I have validity till Octomber 19 of this year and balance of ₹14. I can send sms to other number but can't send to 1900 @TRAI help

A simple question - how on earth one gets in touch with a BSNL customer care executive from another network (phone ) ? The numbers published do not work . It’s a Herculean task just to reach customer care. If anybody can help !!!!!!

@BSNLCorporate Our BSNL Chennai landline connection is not working from July 30th, 2021. After giving complaints also, they have not rectified, but they're sending bills. Now, I want to permanently disconnect BSNL Chennai. Please tell the procedure. @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate

@DoT_India After a repeated complaint and approach to BSNL Rep no one attending the problem and closed the complaint against Phone no 0291-2942847 Comp dated 04 Aug 21 still pending. I approached to Mr Neeraj Rep looking my area and promised to resolved but still pending.

@BSNLCorporate absolute zero service from BSNL Cust care n all other areas , face lot of loss due to BSNL sim even after recharging not activate n on top of that auto answer from Cust care to do recharge, no option open to talk to Cust care
