    @BSNL_TN it seems BSNL doesn’t want any new business and they are happy with it. These such kind of customer handling going to push BSNL out of business. @BSNLCorporate

    Poor network for last three days..Not able to connect internet for an hour continuosly and even the total tower downs so that not able to make calls too.. Totally disappointed #BSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 DO NOT USE BSNL. Frequent disconnection in Landline and FTTH connection leading to disruptive services. Worst customer service by BSNL. Only interested in billing and collecting bills but no complaint resolution or providing better services.

    @kaushkrahul I'm right now in tier3 part of odisha and I ain't even getting proper 4g from jio. It's not like jio did some charity they used already built massive bsnl network.and also increasing subscription price every 6months

    @RailwaySeva @MukeshJati8938 Connectivity for PRS through BSNL and RCIL channel was down since 09:00 hrs due to media issue. RCIL Channel put right at 12:00 Hrs and BSNL at 14:05 Hrs

    @JM_Scindia Just tell me process to disconnect the service. I do not want to false assurance, nor time to waste..I would rather go to private service provider. Mental tension,paying bill. BSNL service becoming worse. No one cares about the service to people,only send bill for money
