@BSNL_GJ My landline is dead since past 19 days. Registered 3 complaints so far on your customer care support (details in next tweets). Complaints are closed without taking any action at all. Followed up with the local BSNL office personal, they give lame excuses and do nothing.

@RajTMulchandani @RaniSahni2 If government of India is not allowing upgradation of services like 4g and 5g what will services do service provider. It is not correct that BSNL employees were not keen to provide services.

@BSNL_PB Everyone is going online and You(BSNL) is suggesting to visit CSC. Let me tell you that BSNL Customer service is very poor and they lack knowledge on troubleshooting problems. After lot of bad experience I hv stopped calling BSNL CSC as it was just waste of time

@BSNL_PB I hope my BSNL account 1655292593 should be sufficient to get all the details. Due to unstable FFTH connection, I had to spend around rs 2800/- today to recharge our 4 cellular iPads. So what is purpose of BSNL FFTH then.
