    @BSNL_KOTD BSNL Mobile service is totally stopped in my location pin - 711316 Uluberia, West Bengal... There is no 2G, 3G, 4G. Please 🙏resolve it as soon as possible. I didn't able to call anyone, not able to use my network.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ KINDLY PROVIDE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF >BSNL HEAD OFFICE, SHASTRI NAGAR, JODHPUR >BSNL EXCHANGE, NEAR AIIMS, JODHPUR. It has been 10 days and landline is not working. Broadband speed is hardly 100-150kbps. Paying Rs.550/month and this is the service.

    @rsprasad BSNL Broadband service is not working since 24th april and when i contact BSNL office they say you don't know how difficult is to find fault and once it will be fixed you will know. is this the way BSNL should handle query of users? I am without my broadband but no ETA.
