    @muralidharanPK @ggganeshh BSNL had everything to provide top services. Modi decimated it for his master Ambani. I am using BSNL broadband for several months and it works well. I once reported no network and it was fixed on second day without any charge or bribe. Someone had cut the cable outdoor.

    FYI, BSNL offer nice costumer care support to resolve the issue, I got the 'successful recharge' after 1.5hrs of "recharge in progress" Keep it up bsnl 👍👍👍

    @murli_wala @ggganeshh People who’ve actually used BSNL know the pain. Call drops, 3G speeds in 2025, no proper customer support. Coordinated MNP to BSNL would just mean coordinated regret. Crying on X is bad, but crying without network signal is worse.

    @BSNLCorporate I have bought a bsnl sim for Rs 1 /- 4 days ago but still the recharge is not done. I can only get incoming call. I have called customer care but no help. This is a serious issue. Please look into the matter.

    @ggganeshh Shift to BSNL and stop crying. It's not crony capitalism when you have the cheaper state owned option. You can't get everything for free. Won't pay for **** and act so entitled. World class infra and services comes at a cost.

    @mangoidiots Congratulations. Surprisingly, I found BSNL to be the most customer-friendly. Only, you've to figure the correct JE or lineman who's on your case.

    @murli_wala @ggganeshh Bhai, BSNL recharge prices have gone up too. My both parents use BSNL. Yes they're comparatively still cheaper than airtel jio but then it has connectivity issues and internet surfing sucks big time.
