Heat should drop within an hour. 2. Turn off Wi-Fi Calling for BSNL 3. Don't charge while hot, let it cool first, passively 4. Long term: if you have a spare Android, move the BSNL SIM there These are based on community reports and AI-assisted research, not my personal testing beyond the first step.

All other operators are offering, why not BSNL?
