    Tired of this @reliancejio @JioCare Network. I don't know what type of network they are giving right now , it's worst then 2G. Better need to fix problems. Otherwise BSNL are going to be on the board list.

    @sandeep_PT Well you are wrong. BSNL got screwed by it's employees just like every other government institutions. We All know how Sarkar naukri mindset allow you to do no work just relax &corruption. Privatization is good. Red tape is bad

    @BellamSwathi @sandeep_PT seriously, i kept BSNL fibernet connection just because it is govt run organization, but the service is pathetic to say the least. No one turned up even after 5 weeks of outage.. finally had to get rid of it. Their JE won't even pick the call even if the phone is next to him

    @BSNL_KTK The customer premises is at a distances of around 2.5kms from the highway. There is no BSNL fibre network to that location. The BSNL Franchise M/s Xtreme Computer has also not extended the fibre network till that location.

    @BSNL_OR Customer already spoken and met with SDO for resolved the issues. However service provider having monopoly and bad customer service to loose , hampers the business of esteemed organization BSNL..

    I installed bsnl fibre connection at my home and since installation i was complaining about speed to local bsnl office and they took my modem to their office for more than 6-7 times but my issue is not resolved so they asked me to install range extender to increase the speed. 1/3

    @sandeep_PT In 2006, I had to follow up for ovr 1 yr for BSNL to fix our landline connection, for whch we wr paying monthly bill of INR 730 thn. Ths was their attitude towards consumers. BSNL survived so long just coz it had monopoly in telecom segment. 4G/5G wont change its fate today

    @threshold20n @sandeep_PT bsnl's decline started when they were denied 4g spectrum and allowed jio to claim leadership of the market,all the usual complaints abt bsnl such as poor customer service doesnt matter in mobile services as ppl buy the plans from 3rd party vendors,not directly from bsnl itself.
