    Tired of this @reliancejio @JioCare Network. I don't know what type of network they are giving right now , it's worst then 2G. Better need to fix problems. Otherwise BSNL are going to be on the board list.

    @TRAI I have already raised tickets multiple times from the last 4-5 months, but all tickets are closed without any resolution, also raise mail to cgm kolkata, but still it's not resolved,kindly provide BSNL appellate authority mail id, i want to raise mail with my concern.@bsnl_care

    @excitel_rocks the most abysmal and pathetic service in India for Broadband. Excited have stooped lower than #BSNL in terms of services and customer care. @jagograhakjago @GoI_MeitY should scrutinise them at the earliest!! #hyderabadrain

    @BSNL_KOTD Even investing INR 1 is a waste. BSNL can't offer Re1 service. No professional support team. No escalation matrix. @bsnl_care

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Thank you BSNL for solving my issue that quick. I am very satisfied with BSNL Broadband. Previously service was not good in my area but from past few days it is just fabulous. I have only one suggestion, please make your website more better, it runs very very slowly.

    @ArjunSi15936288 @bsnl_care I am from Jaitpur South East Delhi there is no network for BSNL/MTNL Since Feb. Had complaint many times but got reply All Towers are working fine. But actually there is no network.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare u r providing Worst network. Worst than BSNL. I never get more than one signal bar in my mobile. Network poorest. Can't talk, can't stream, can't watch, can't download properly. Struggling with ur network.

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia It’s already been more than 5 days & there is no sign of progress in the complaint but it is not surprising at all. People well know this is how BSNL works & this why BSNL is fighting for its existence. With this worst customer service u are not anywhere in the telecom industry
