@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my Surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it ...Really is this the Service provided ..No wireman .and wire charges

Also if Modi had a talk with Sundar Pichai before this announcement of $10bn, he shud have asked funds for BSNL. Even 10% would have been a great help!

The toll free number not working. For landline complaints we have to call a dozen times before call is answered. Local BSNL office is closed. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia I guess fool proofing our present systems will push more progress then novel innovative projects.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl @PMOIndia Very pathetic service and customer care of BSNL. As complaint many times on customer care to remove my mobile number from other person BSNL landline number as getting msgs to pay undue of that guy. Can anyone address this issue or not.

I have complained for phone dead many times in the exchange, call and in app but, no one showed up. The line is dead since over a week now. Now I really think that BSNL does not the customers to use their service. Really thinking to end the service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

@Ravisutanjani I have serious regrets after switching to BSNL. No network, app glitches, no VoWiFi, no eSIM, no miss call alerts, No free incoming, no caller tunes, no proper customer support. Etc etc. I hope these are the sufficient reasons not to choose BSNL.

And for whom? Today, even a poor villager in a rural area has to pay ₹200–300 every month just to make basic calls.

@mohitlaws BSNL has Optical Fiber network through out india 4 to 6 lakh kms before Jio launch. After Jio announcement Central govt scrap that all fiber cables and nearly shutting BSNL. This is huge scam which no one talk about. And now suddenly all are actively saving BSNL with 3.5 g speed.

@IndianTechGuide They need to work on their network. They have weak networks, call drops and what not. And on top of this, once you go a few km from the city. You see no signal. It's better to use BSNL as a secondary SIM with Rs 107 plan
