    Sarkari Babu mentality. Never think for customer first. Own comfort is top priority. Unfortunately, BSNL was the only provider available for a long period. Glad that already applied for @airtelindia fiber. Connection is half way completed. Hope to get reliable service. (N/N)

    @abhishekpenguin BSNL has its towers on rent to all companies, they only provide network to people where no other network work! They were making losses back then and even today

    On one hand government is promoting to use BSNL and when we are taking the connection, neither the connection speed is upto the plan speed, nor the service by the staff. Seems like it is baby of none. @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad request u to take quick action 3/3

    @BSNL_GJ trying to call bsnl customer care since 4days, and trice a day. Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

    @bsnl_care I have ported out to jio recently and a more satisfied with the services. BSNL unable to rectify issues and finally surrendered stating that a new tower is needed in vayushaktinagar Gandhinagar to resolve the issues. However thanks for your concern

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate
