    During Umphan and after the severe cyclone- in Kolkata, all the mobile network was down- except our oldman- BSNL . I could contact people only with BSNL mobile. Really inefficient they are 🤣 That’s why all are active to close down BSNL and save the Pvt. Telecom companies 🤣

    This is yet not resolved.Complaint registration number 1052017750 on phone number 079-25464303. Repairer came to resolve and informed that one new cable is required to be installed in my area. Yet no action is taken to install the same. Take action @BSNL_GJ #bsnl @TRAI @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my Surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it ...Really is this the Service provided ..No wireman .and wire charges

    @VodafoneIN please Vodafone something do for this lazy and ***** network i complain 3rd time in this month but you can't take action what are you doing only cheat with your customer my frnd also port into Vodafone to bsnl because your bad and lowest network so he took action.

    BSNL Fiber is down. Complaint line is also not working. Upon calling CC, got to know System Upgrade is going on. It is down for all. That's why BSNL can never be a good service provider. The smallest system upgrade usually takes place in the night, that too with prior info. 1/N

Plug → auto-connects to satellites. 10 min install 4. Data: Unlimited data + weather resilient uptime 🔴 THE CONS 1. Cost: ₹34,000 hardware + ₹8,600/month. JioFiber starts ₹399, BSNL ₹400 2. Regulations: Needs govt approval. Unlicensed use = hardware confiscation risk 3. Sky needed: No clear sky view = drops. Fails in dense forest/tall buildings 4. Power hungry: Dish uses lots of power. Grid cut = need solar/battery backup WHO SHOULD BUY: Remote areas, farms, hills, disaster zones, backup for businesses → Starlink makes sense. Only option there.     @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL BSNL fiber service in Keri village hasn't been good in last month. Connectivity hasn't been continuous & speed is also fast. Please look into this and do the needful ASAP. We are solely dependent on BSNL for basic communication needs.

    @bsnl_care I’ve been trying to call for over a month, but the line is always busy. When I visit the BSNL center, they simply tell me to call the 1800 number - the same number that never connects. Customers shouldn’t have to struggle just to reach support.
