    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate complaint registered 4 bsnl fibre with registration number as 1054474786 today 7 days they r not solving mood and negative bsnl really frustrated nobody appear if it's private normally it's solved in 3 hours for fibre connection

    @VodafoneIN please Vodafone something do for this lazy and ***** network i complain 3rd time in this month but you can't take action what are you doing only cheat with your customer my frnd also port into Vodafone to bsnl because your bad and lowest network so he took action.

No response from customer care and local bsnl authorities and office.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my Surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...was charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and also i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it myself. Really Poor Scrap and very Bad behavior ...

    On one hand government is promoting to use BSNL and when we are taking the connection, neither the connection speed is upto the plan speed, nor the service by the staff. Seems like it is baby of none. @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad request u to take quick action 3/3

    @BSNL_GJ 07925500007 since last 2 month landline and broadband totally dead.not working.and ill not pay any single bill.bsnl send me 2 month bill and ll and bb not working.ill not pay.i did complain many many many times.but no solution.

    @gauravh1 Interesting move by BSNL. SIM-less FWA is a smart play for fixed deployments. From a network architecture perspective, skipping USIM-based authentication for FWA makes sense when the CPE is stationary. No handover complexity, no roaming scenarios, no need for traditional subscriber identity management. The real question is what they're using instead. Certificate-based auth? IMEI-based provisioning? Each has different security implications. Most FWA deployments globally still rely on SIM-based auth (even Jio AirFiber and Airtel Xstream). Going SIM-less at scale is genuinely bold. Worth watching how this scales. SIM-less = lower deployment cost per subscriber, which is exactly what BSNL needs to compete on price in rural India.
