    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I nid to buy Barat FTTH service bt askng 3500rs modem & 3500 for cable&installation charges 1000rs.Caled BSNL custcare,care prson tld u shuld give dat much money as per local operator.Wt guidelines r der fr new conection,Y we can't tke outside the modem.

    @TribalArmy 1. Which SIM you were using? Are you a customer of JIO. Since from JIO launch I never used JIO 2. Defenitely Government employees are useless that is the reason BSNL is in this status. If they were competitive many would support and would have been in profit

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio postpaid mobile stops working very often & I cannot make / receive calls. I cannot receive SMS messages either. I hv to switch to airplane mode & switch back to reactivate. What is the problem pls? My airtel & bsnl connections do not hv this problem.

    @BSNLCorporate All the bsnl customers in my area are facing such problem, please solve it now, I have been complaining for 2 years.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, my landline A/c/No 9000633236,040 23731541, Ameerpet.The phone is dead since 10/11/2021, already given complaint, Ameerpet JTO no, not responding, wish I had land line portability

    @SandeepKTRS @ImVAmishra @TribalArmy bsnl could never work just use bsnl once and talk to their coustomer service and once use private company and talk to their employ you will understand diffrence

    @TribalArmy Yeah...I was missing 2G net from a long time...so i switched to BSNL, now in the main city I can enjoy 2G internet at great slow speed. Also the signal in outskirts is very poor...i really enjoy it😭

    @Senthil_85 SSPOs, Tambaram Dn reported that landline connection of Medavakkam SO is under repair. When complaint was registered with BSNL, they informed that the issue is due to rain water and the issue will be resolved after rainy days. Kindly contact 044-22255625 for further guidance.
