    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I nid to buy Barat FTTH service bt askng 3500rs modem & 3500 for cable&installation charges 1000rs.Caled BSNL custcare,care prson tld u shuld give dat much money as per local operator.Wt guidelines r der fr new conection,Y we can't tke outside the modem.

    @bsnl_tt Without proper network availablity, what's the use of such offers and publicity? Being in Hyderabad also your network is very very poor. Regretting on my decision to convert into BSNL. Looking forward to complete the TRAI minimum stay time. Once done, I will run back for 5g again

    @InvestorOfJAMMU BSNL net losses (in ₹ crore, per official parliamentary data & reports): - FY 2022-23: Loss 8,161 - FY 2023-24: Loss 5,371 - FY 2024-25: Loss 2,247 (first back-to-back quarterly profits in Q3/Q4) FY 2025-26: Full results not released yet (FY ended Mar 31, 2026). Q1: Loss 1,049. FY 2026-27: Too early; no data. Budget allocations support revival, but BSNL remains loss-making overall.

    @bsnl_care The bsnl employees in surkikal exchange under calcutta telephones at Howrah West Bengal are working hand in glove with the local service franchisee . I am not getting my router back taken for repairs under warranty. Neither i have received invoice for new router.

    Banks have launched new 8-digit toll-free numbers for customer support, but BSNL hasn’t updated its directory yet. As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

    Ppl - Don't take #BSNL mobile connection looking at their Ad. You will repent later. Even after a year of launching 4G, it is not good. It sucks. Check this for the issues in #BSNL service. They are not capable / unfit to provide good service. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Highest kind wastage of money, maintenence given to third party who never respond on time. Charging like others telcos while providing service like ****. Pls start a portal to take closure request online to avoid any contact with lazy employees of BSNL.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

    @Ravisutanjani Look at the service. I have 2 BSnL in family. With that number unable to register UPI complaint was done multiple times but no solution. Finally shifted to Vodafone.

    @BSNLCorporate When we port to #BSNL from another network / buy a new connection, why the hell you make the per minute plan as base & default plan. We know, we can recharge with any plan amt. Why are you not making the recharged plan as the actual plan.
