    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I nid to buy Barat FTTH service bt askng 3500rs modem & 3500 for cable&installation charges 1000rs.Caled BSNL custcare,care prson tld u shuld give dat much money as per local operator.Wt guidelines r der fr new conection,Y we can't tke outside the modem.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl_care Connectivity on bsnl network is too poor. Often phones(from & to BSNL) do not connect. Even phone nearby will say out of network area. Ppl thinking to port to other service providers. We patronise bcz of PSU but then network has to work

    @ComSoumyaB We should all support entry of starlink in lndia. Starlink is also available now in Srilanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan. Communists should chance their backward mindset and use BSNL.

    @TRAI 3.)Bsnl give only 2g network. So here comes the major flaw in bsnl network. In my area birul bazar there was no 2g only 4g was available and since I had no data they were not giving 4g network so I was not getting any network when I went to nearby area I was getting 2 g network..

    I would also like to state that I specifically prefer BSNL internet, as it is a government-owned company, and I believe that my money should go to a national service provider. Many people like me want to support BSNL and help it grow, but when such basic services are not

    @TRAI 2.) from 6th April I was not getting any network because I had rs 197 ie 70 days plan active but, this plan gives daily data for 15 days and for remaining days incoming is active and outgoing is done from main balance. But bsnl doesn't give 4g network when there is no data...
