    Customer Fraud by BSNL officially. We buy yearly package but BSNL slows the internet speed inspite of follow-up no response. But they never extends package due to their glitch. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia sorry but this is very very pathetic

    @sharmabiswaji @BSNLEmployees As a taxpayer you ask the same to the central government,why they are supporting private players, Without increasing towers BSNL cannot give good signal Jio-10 lakh towers(4g/5g) Airtel -10 lakh towers(4g/5g) BSNL -90 thousand towers(4g) But BSNL is only strategic telecom company

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL 4G data works nationwide, but VoLTE fails in roaming. My KA SIM drops to 2G/3G for calls in MH, RJ, and OD despite 4G signal. Only works in Bangalore. Also, local 4G in circles like Maharashtra & Odisha is very slow. Please fix roaming VoLTE! 📶 @CMDBSNL

    I have BSNL sim it's not working since last 15 days. Customer care no 18001801503 is also not working. Neither am I able to call nor message using this sim. What happened, I don't understand #BSNL #GeneralManagerbsnl #TelecomMinister

    @BSNLCorporate I made a ₹1499 recharge for my prepaid number today at 10:57 AM via SBIePay. Money debited (Merchant Order PGSM150126948733) but recharge not credited. Validity is over, so I need urgent help Please DM so I can share details for resolution. #BSNL #CustomerService

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_KTK @bsnl_care Reopened my BSNL FTTH no internet complaint today morning. Complaint closed again as “Solved” — without any contact or service. Internet still dead. Why register complaints if you only want to close them? Stop this mockery of customers.

    @bsnl_care I filed a complaint regarding my BSNL FTTH connection, but your team responded with a 'mobile tower issue.' This is misleading, as FTTH and mobile signals are completely different technologies. Plz stop giving irrelevant excuses and address my fiber connection problem completely
