  @wowapoorv Dear Customer, We regret the inconvenience caused. As mentioned in your earlier post, the recharge was made through a third-party platform, and 48 hours have elapsed so far. We request that you kindly allow up to 7 working days for verification and reconciliation, as such transactions may take additional time to process.   @bsnl_care I have ported out to jio recently and a more satisfied with the services. BSNL unable to rectify issues and finally surrendered stating that a new tower is needed in vayushaktinagar Gandhinagar to resolve the issues. However thanks for your concern

  @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

  @bsnl_care When will bsnl give solution? When will bsnl install UPS in sokkanur tower_642109? Even today, morning 5.45 to 6.15 am, no bsnl tower signal due to no power. How to trust bsnl on emergency otps and calls? Why should we use bsnl then?

  @BSNLCorporate Still BSNL is in year 2000. No reliable network for making digital Payments. Most of the time transactions are getting timed out while making payments. No network at 600 126 Mappedu area even in second floor. No action for 10 years. Complaints are closed without any action.

  @bsnl_care @ParasmeSaurabh Once the network upgrades are actually complete, let me know. I gave BSNL multiple chances by porting my primary number to it, but I ended up porting out every time because the network proved unreliable when I needed it most.
