  @MobiKwikSWAT I did a BSNL recharge on Sunday. Money got deducted and the status on app was recharge succesful. But BSNL customer care, told that recharge failed and advised to notify mobikwik for refund. I raised a ticket on mobikwik but still I haven't got the refund

  @esha_varma_ @BSNLCorporate @bsnlmobileindia complain on PGbsnl then complain on PG portal then finally register complain on National Consumer Helpline same day.
