    Bhai, BSNL ghotala mainly Jio billing issue se judta hai—₹1757 crore ka loss CAG ne bola tha kyuki BSNL ne 10 saal bill nahi bheja. Lekin latest update: Govt kehte hain CAG misread clause, ab corrected, revised bills bheje gaye, no actual loss. BSNL management responsible for lapse, Modi govt par opposition blame karti hai.     @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 when bsnl 5g is coming i am waiting for 5g if no news comes regarding bsnl 5g launch, I am gonna port to Jio to avail 5g service, Its very hard for me to leave bsnl, I am using bsnl from last 3 years

    @WealthEnrich It looked to me too. But the problem was not fall in sales or fall in price or Vijay Kedia selling it . Problem was an extreme over-dependence on BSNL for future earnings. (Not a recommendation. For Study only)

    @TG_TriGany Respected sir, BSNL U-SIM launched but unable to do replacement for Other State Sim and Customer. Example: Customer sim from Bihar and also adress Bihar then SIM replacement will not done in other State. Pl rectify the issue.

    @JM_Scindia sir,we are people from West Bengal,India. Our BSNL Mobile service has been completely shut down for the Last 15 days.People are unable to do essential work, communication by mobile phone. Location-Vill.+PO-Kayera,Illambazar Dist-Birbhum,Pin-731214,Please do something.

    @airtelindia, do you not understand the urgency? I have zero mobile signal at home, so wifi is my lifeline. Without wifi, I can’t work or even take calls. This is beyond frustrating. First thing after my recharge: I’m switching providers to jio or BSNL.

    @bsnl_care Where your team is working I want to see If anyone depend on that service even after paying the amount demanded by the vendor, but service is not available payable amount is received by the vendor. This is the way how BSNL treat their user.

    @bsnl_care I do have BSNL Number but not recieving OTP and also not able to call anybody. However, Internet services are working and also getting Text Messages from personal number. I wanted to call customer care but it again says this service is not available on your number
