    @LICIndiaForever BSNL connection at your offices are killer of entire operations. BSNL itself is lethargic so is their network at your connected offices.

    @BSNLCorporate Even after multiple mails and chats they are not responding. Paying for Rs. 999 Superstar Premium Plus plan but getting contents for Rs. 749 Superstar Premium 1. Pls. resolve my issue. The BSNL help desk is really horrible.

    @BSNLCorporate Whenever there is no electricity, Network of Bsnl also stops in Bhakrod village of Nagaur district (Rajasthan) I have complained regarding this issue earlier also but no solution.

    @BSNLCorporate Lionsgate app, Hungama, Semaroo etc not supported by yupp TV. But that is in Superstar Premium Plus plan. BSNL is not supporting for issue resolution. Then why people will go for Rs. 999 plan instead of lower value plan.

    Is any one available to resolve customer issue in BSNL fiber connection? 20 days crossed but still facing the same issue. @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate Given my details with you but no progress. Please let me know whom should I contect ? Because am done all the escalation method.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi. I am BSNL Fiber customer. My subscription id is 0674-2951439. I have taken Superstar Premium Plus plan. I am not getting all OTTs as per plan. Bsnl help desk telling to contact yupp TV and yupp TV is telling to contact BSNL. No one is resolving issue. Sent multiple mails.

    @Airtel_Presence @WynkMusic @Airtel_Presence pathetic service. It's been more than a week since i have paid for 6 months service, nbdy bothers abt installation. They called me and said plz pay instantly we will install within 1 hour but i haven't got the installation yet. Disappointed moving back to bsnl.

    @CMDBSNL : I am loyal customer of BSNL since 2001 and using BSNL sim only. Now I would like to port one of SIM but BSNL is not cooperating by nt sending UPC for MNP in spite of sending several SMS. Is it right approach 4 emphathizing with customer? Plz do the needfful.Regards
