@BSNLCorporate bsnl revised my broadband bill from 556 to 636 without any prior intimation and it's more bad that they reduced the speed from 100mbps to 60 mbps what do the management want that people buy connection from pvt companies. How much doest you take from these companies

We have no network or low network in my area no indoor network. There is BSNL Tower at Wagholi village which is always closed or not working properly. My complaint docket no is G15150115127. My complaint closed without solving the problem. @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

Port out my main number from BSNL to airtel but nothing improved your service quality and customer support I think I should port my 2nd BSNL prepaid number to other operator Received international number is +33 6 47 58 13 65 And I think already DND is active on my BSNL number

@bsnl_care At your helpline 18004444, customer care people are not picking up the phone and the ivr registered complaints close within 2 hours without any resolution. No internet since 15 days - local BSNL staff are refusing to rectify.
