So when are they giving @BSNLCorporate to Jio or Adani?? Tata is out of game but you never know. Just like how Tata kept negotiating for Air India, potential buyer of BSNL will also want a lot of liabilities to stay with government only. And liabilities are not small @ BSNL

@RamananVenkata3 @Karan42inBaski Bad management is a point.. all others are assumptions as it is running successfully and expanding Main reason is inefficiency of the Govt and it's intention to sell it to private for meager amount. That's all. Similar to BSNL story.. made it losing without 4G allocation

@gopal__goudiyo @Bauddhika108 Prob with public enterprises is that there is no accountability. They are meant to be social justice schemes. Qualfied pple are kept as contractor, those who dont wrk are permanent employees who move up. In our place BSNL is shutting down, office is open only to take back equip.

@abhymurarka Tejas Network had lot of money stuck in BSNL during 2018- 2021 impacting their Cash Flow. Again repeating the same mistake.

BSNL has chosen Tejas Network, part of Tata Group, as a vendor to supply 4G equipment for 1 lakh sites. It would cost a sum of 24,556 cr that includes network gear cost of Rs13,000 cr, as well as third-party items and a 10-year annual maintenance contract (AMC) #TejasNetworks
