@BSNL_TN My phone 04424962724 not working for the past one month. Made 3 complaints to no avail. People are surrendering BSNL Lines. We want to keep but service is very poor Can you help us to rectify and encourage us to keep the service.

He further says that it is not possible to repair the line. What kind of a world BSNL is living in? In a time when others are giving connections with almost zero downtimes at cheaper prices, why does a customer have to go through all this?

Last month I tried to do a recharge through BSNL app I made the payment through Paytm which was successful but in the BSNL app the recharge wasn't successful I also raised a complaint on the BSNL app but haven't got any resolution yet @BSNL_UPE @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW
