@BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber wifi is good ok but when its time to fix the WiFi there is no customer service and yesterday i did almost 30+ calls to customer service and only 1 time he came and fix but it works only few minutes now he skipped to another day wrost service by BSNL

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Most lousy service at BSNL Banashankari exchange . I disconnected phone and broadband in July 2019. Till now deposit refund not received. 080-28482366. Completed all refund documentation 3 years now!!!!! 3rd rated organization

@ViCustomerCare I wanted to port my BSNL SIM to Vi Prepaid but it was automatically selected postpaid which I also didn't noticed and my SIM order got placed. I don't want that Postpaid SIM and want to cancel my order. I would rather choose the pre-paid SIM

@BSNLCorporate The price quoted by the service provider is too high that is 7k .. That too cable is already pulled and connection to be given for 500 mts only..there as one of BSNL service provider has given connection for 5k wherein in this case the cable is pulled for 2.5 kms.

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI On 16 May. I recharged My BSNL Mob no.7488953495 with 107 plan.Outgoing is going after recharge but incoming call and message is not coming. I have talked to bsnl cust_care 7-8 times from 16th May to 20th May,only getting assurance. No solution till now.
