    @DoT_India Is there an SLA for the BSNL to resolve a FTTH broadband complaint ? Why the Bill has to be paid in full when there is service outage for many days ? Bsnl takes their own time to resolve the issue and why the customer has to pay for it ?

    @BSNL_TN my BSNL landline was not working for past 7 months. Bills coming regularly. Will BSNL respond for this issue or not. I raised this with 198. But not reachable. Direct JE talk also not prompt. Suggesting us to move to private network. Is this be solved?

    @rsprasad Dear Sir , I am from village in yamunanagar and using bsnl fiber broadband from last 8month and in between service was not available for almost 4 month. And now connection was repaired by BSNL team as private contractor donot have employee for maintains.
