    @TelecomTalk I also posted out from jio ...Jio have not network and when we complaint then jio team never look in this ...Repeadly They have call drop and. poor call quality more then BSNL. not one will pay for this poor stupid services so customers ported out from jio

    @BSNLCorporate First,provide net speed of 4g in Dhanbad. I have raised this issue many times. There is some issues in funding or coordination in your company. Please fix it ,sir. Otherwise,bsnl will fall again. Govt psu require to stop monopoly of private company.

    @RakeshNallamoth @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate Exactly same thing is happening with me the internet goes off exactly at the time in the morning when WFH begins thanks to such an amazing service BSNL I have to recharge my phone too for internet BSNL is just a waste of money

    @BSNLCorporate I will not going to talk to your officers.I have mentioned my place in detail many times but no response from you guys.I feel like govt don't want to uplift BSNL.Sir,call your officers and tell them to solve net problem in simaldih Damodarpur,law college balmiki nagar Dhanbad

    Additionally no support to this query was provided by the BSNL officer and they denied to accept any other government approved POI.

    @ViCustomerCare VI के साथ पिछले 4 दिन का अनुभव 1. Maximum Data Network speeds - 70 to 100 kbps at district head quarter area. 2. Voice call quality like hill area or you not found clear voice on call. 3. Network coverage also poor like as BSNL. But all other than above is just ok

    @BSNLCorporate When it will resolved ????? Every month I am paying 180 rs without using my landline. If @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD can’t resolved the problem just came and disconnected my connection. I don’t wanted this type of pathetic service. Nobody is receiving phone in BSNL office.
