    My @airtelindia 4G network in Bangalore is sometimes worse than the BSNL 2G network! Fewer telecos and even fewer towers to cater to such a vast population.

    Complaint number 115114823, 115141275, 115158059, 115158082 raised but closed as resolved without any resolution. Sent to BSNL customer center but AO is telling they can't do anything in new bill, we need to submit cancel cheque for refund of old wrong bill.

    @NCIBHQ BSNL engineers selected from tough competition (about 2500 selected from 10 lakh engineers in a particular year). They are genius. BSNL situation is due to poor policy, ITS people.

    Since the day i joined BSNL, I'm not able to add my number in BSNL Selfcare app. When i try to add account, it sends an OTP to the different number which was not typed by me. No resolution provided yet. You can imagine the public entity services in modi government! @PMOIndia
