  @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I have taken BSNL FRANCHISE FOR BHARAT FIBER AS MENTIONED ON BSNL WEBSITE CUSTOMER ASKED FOR PROVIDING FREE INSTALLATION AND FREE MODEM (AS MODEM IS A PART OF INSTALLATION) WHICH IS CURRENTLY NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME AS A FRANCHISE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO

  @BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl, You are telling same story from last one month. How many more days/months required to the concerned person to resolve our issue? Why the consumer should suffer as we are paying Bill's regularly by ECS. I cannot communicate with my old parents. Hoping for the Solution.

  @rsprasad & that mobile number again stoped including calls and messages from November I go to bsnl office he says ur no is in MNP barring contact with bsnl & vodafone office regularly regarding this problem he says it was bsnl problem says vodafone .

  @AnishA_Moonka Huge risk of customer base reduce #bsnl is there still to give response against price hike ! They must reduce unlimited call and some internet benefit but now 399₹ for 56days is limit above it people may sift to other operator !

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate My Bsnl no is 8486437442.I took the connection from Maharashtra. Currently due to covid issue I am working from home town and shifting to Assam.But due to the useless bsnl network I can't use bsnl internet and connect to any call from my current location.
