@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi You have ruined a Govt telecom company for Jio. Most of time my BSNL remains out of service because of tower unavailability. Everybody knows that BSNL is going to be privatized soon like the other govt assests.

@DrDoggo_ @sambavataram @MedhaneSanjay My question is why BSNL took so long to upgrade to 4G from 3G when rest of the world has shifted to 5G. The answer is simple...to favour private operators like Airtel, Jio etc...Then one fine day Modi Government will either sell BSNL or shut it down too...

@Skipper_93 @ANI Check again, though the sim card supported 4G, you were not using the 4G network but 3G. Did it ever showed you VoLTE on your network indicator? What were the data speed you achieved? Govt. of India had restricted BSNL to use 4G as they were planning to privatise it.

When we complain about repair the landline officers reply will be in about 2 months your exchange will be closed. Earlier there were 260 connections in our exchange now reduced to 12. Big thanks to #BSNL lethargic service @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate
