Universal Service Obligation funding is there. Based on that scheme, we are given some target of installing the towers. So, that is called 4G saturation towers. For the last 10 days, there is no network on my phone at all! It got even worse. I did a 'manual network search' on my phone. Even then, the BSNL tower was completely missing from the list. In today's digital time, a network connection is everything. You tell me. how can a normal person trust BSNL in this situation?
