    Past more than four months our bsnl landline 01942415807 stopped worked as wires snapped. Most of khwaja Bagh Colony Zakura since then disconnected. Repeated complains at #BSNL customer care , but no response. @BSNL_JK are u shutting up . Today's complaint no is 1051654655

    Complaint was raised on 10th sep & i was informed that issue would be resolved in 24-48hrs instead i went to exchange (bsnl baramulla kashmir )they showed least interest in doing anything concrete.Ironically i called @BSNLCorporate 's LINEMAN , he said he is grass cutting at home

    The major and sole cause of BSNL's bankruptcy across the country is it's third class Customer service and KAAMCHOOR field staff. @BSNLCorporate I applied online for Bharat Net. Officer whom I talked excused that BSNL high ups r forwarding our numbers without our knowledge.

    @BSNLCorporate Broad Band service is not working on my phone no. 07552480928 for more than last 2 weeks. In spite of repetitive complaints, and talking to concerned BSNL staff, nothing fruitful is achieved. Broad Band is still down. Please look into if you can do anything.

Telecom is strategic sector like Defence, Banking,Power .Government should merged & retain BSNL+BBNL+ITI+CDoT with Indeginious network.

    @BSNLCorporate Reminder, my problem has not yet resolved. Im Still sitting near the window to access network. Only dolphin network works BSNL and Cellone 3g doesn't work shows ! Sign Received call from your team on 23rd but problem not solved. Atleast solve this indoor network issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Today after several hours of struggle i got my number registered on bsnl app. This customer service is not going to take you anywhere, its not 3g still i choose to port in BSNL but not a single customer care number works. That wasn't an experience on want.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Paid for my bsnl FTTH bill , the page went unresponsive in between. Money got deducted from UPI and the payment details aren't updated yet. Internet service is stopped. Please look into this asap. Shared the details over DM.
