Complaint was raised on 10th sep & i was informed that issue would be resolved in 24-48hrs instead i went to exchange (bsnl baramulla kashmir )they showed least interest in doing anything concrete.Ironically i called @BSNLCorporate 's LINEMAN , he said he is grass cutting at home

After #Srinagar now 2G mobile internet snapped in south Kashmir's #Pulwama district. Voice calling service remains suspended in #Srinagar except BSNL.

Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

The major and sole cause of BSNL's bankruptcy across the country is it's third class Customer service and KAAMCHOOR field staff. @BSNLCorporate I applied online for Bharat Net. Officer whom I talked excused that BSNL high ups r forwarding our numbers without our knowledge.

Past more than four months our bsnl landline 01942415807 stopped worked as wires snapped. Most of khwaja Bagh Colony Zakura since then disconnected. Repeated complains at #BSNL customer care , but no response. @BSNL_JK are u shutting up . Today's complaint no is 1051654655

Seriously ! Does BSNL provide 4g service in Kashmir. No they don't have It yet even in #Delhi 'the capital city' ! They official started #4g services on 1st March limited to some states of South India & MP/Gujrat !

@ZairaWasimmm @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Word : BSNL Synonyms: Tension, Pareshaeni, Over-dated The BSNL networks system is poor among all and it is very much difficult to approach its customer care services if you have some issues.... i suggest to port the number any of the to other networks.

@BSNLCorporate Seriously ridiculous, the issue wasn't resolved even after receiving a call from BSNL. I have been receiving calls to pay bill for Jan and Feb 22. However, connection was installed on 15th March. This is height of unprofessional behavior. #ShameBSNL

@NPCI_BHIM Hello Sir I paid my bsnl postpaid bill by bhim SBI app on 06 Mar 22 but still not credited to BSNL postpaid account. They are showing it as not billed. Customer ref no 206544671552. My UPI ID 9983878284@sbi. Credited to billdesk@hdfcbank. Please look into it. Regards
