    @BSNLCorporate the only hope in our area Sunder Bani(J&k) of getting an internet is from broadband. Now, bsnl broadband is down from last two hours. Kindly, look into the issue.

    @BSNL_OR it's now 7 day's I had complained but no had solved the issue. If you can't solve the issue within 24 hours then I want my pack to be extended by 7 day's and if you can't then sell BSNL and refund the money of people who are facing issues

    @BSNL_GJ dear bsnl, how much time it will take for us to restore your tele phone and internet connection in desai nagar area, BHAVNAGARNR. I did complain Friday last week and still this isn’t restored, your complaint taking employee reassured me that it will be done at 25/05/2021

    Extremely unhappy with @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL Fiber Net, it is supposed to give me 100 MBPS speed but in reality I can't even do a zoom call, really disappointing. I have been paying thousand rupees per month for nothing but for slow internet👎🏻.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Having confusion with customer care executives and between local bsnl office. Both are informing different things on availability of 4G network. As per senior executive, 4G is available within 15 kms radius from the city where 4G is available.
