This is the lack of team work between different bsnl circle and customer are suffering.

Reservation Counters at Banashankari BDA Complex Reservation Office are not working since BSNL link is down due to OFC cable being cut. Restoration of the same is under progress. Passengers are requested to visit other nearby Reservation Offices or make use of online booking through our official Apps, Rail One/IRCTC Rail Connect.

I am not getting my router back taken for repairs under warranty. Neither i have received invoice for new router.
