    I didn't get more than 20 Mbps download speed in #BSNL Fiber broadband. What is this @BSNLCorporate ??? You have promised 50 Mbps but here i got only 20 Mbps speed. Very poor ping and poor download speed. My circle is Udhampur (SSA) (Jammu and Kashmir)

    Do @BSNLCorporate and @BSNL_JK take a note of slow BSNL Bharat FTTH broadband speeds in Udhampur (J&K) ?? Specially during day peak time internet speed is very sluggish and slow. When will full speed will be restored ??

    @togareswap Wings is different type of service, that is voip only. Most phones including mine support vowifi, but bsnl do not have vowifi or viwifi. That's why i asked you about the operator, if bsnl started or not.

    @BSNLCorporate There is no solution done from your team for my problem and your team is droping work to each other and the number provided by your team is not available. Now I have finally decided to switch from BSNL to another service provider. Really terrible service from BSNL.

    @BSNL_RJ Sir, i need MoU copy.. some polytechnic in UP also want such MoU with BSNL. if you will provide or give contact number of right person will surely help BSNL.

    @cgmbsnlupe I have got a new ftth broadband connection of bsnl with Phone no 05322975509. From day 1 the service is being interrupted and despite contacting several times the service provider is not addressing it properly.

    @JanusBlinked Abhimanyu must have used Aircel or bsnl, lost internet/gps, and got stranded without help of gmaps to navigate him out of chakravyuh. #rip

    @BSNLCorporate Trying to reach customer care at 18003451500 since yesterday. Called them approx 10 times, out of which 2 times it was actually connected to them who spoke for a few seconds and disconnected the call while the other 8 ended with 'Thank you for using BSNL Services!'

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate No use of having BSNL network. Very poor data speed, poor call quality and pathetic customer service. No sign of improvement. Moving out of BSNL due to pathetic service!
