    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I try to update mobile number and e-mail id but bsnl service is very bad service. I call customer care and they create multiple service requests to update mobile number and e-mail.

    @Sudeep_Kumar_ Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards.

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi I am sorry I am an NRI and using bsnl app for my mother who can not go to bsnl office. Why you created app and those fancy ads to say we can change plan on app? There is no such option on the app, also vipul Kamble number is written on bill for service never pickup.

    @Airtel_Presence Why can't you understand the seriousness of my issue. I cant make or receive calls like, just think about during emergence situations how we would manage that. I made a blunder mistake of surrendering my BSNL landlines which helped me at difficult times

    @sunilbmittal To shift Airtel leased line from one office to another office in Ahmedabad gives worst experience than 90s BSNL. Your people advises me how to terminate the services . Great customer services I guess. Thanks Airtel.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi BSNL doesn't know how to talk to customers, attitude is very worst, 1st this has to change, all their salaries/perks should be tied to amount of business they make..they are very Rude

    @BSNLCorporate How can I port my BSNL krushi sim to other? I tried calling customer, but none of them given me the satisfictory answer. It is a krushi plan sim! So recharge of 147 is not working. Please tell me the recharge will work in porting. Thank you! @BSNL_KOTD @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, I am the unfortunate subscriber of bsnl postpaid mobile connection. I want to change it to prepaid connection. This change is being handled by only few CSCs in Bengaluru, KTK. Many CSCs shoo away customers saying server issue, etc. Please
