  @BSNLCorporate SDO has mislead you neither we are getting speed greater than 8MBPS (we are getting between 4-5 Mbps) nor the instrument has any issue and we did allow bsnl staff to enter but they do nothing they tell that problem is in some line and never fixed it.

  Today I recieved an email from bsnl sgr office in which they have mentioned that u have pending amount of 16481648 only 🖕 when I talked to customer care they said u have only one month pending that is 1600 only. Is @BSNLCorporate trying to loot us in this way now

  And we say BSNL is in loss.. Why Not? people pay for service. I have been a user of Airtel for past 7 years with very less complaint and always propmpt response. Using bsnl bcs no other operator available and seriously waiting for other vendors to start, All we want is service

  @BSNLCorporate Application was sent by the Whitefield bsnl office to the officer who is supposed to refund. Atleast call and ask what Details you want. Landline # allocated during application submission time is 29515669 in Dec 2019. Connection never given.
