    @BSNLCorporate dear sir internet speed of bsnl 3g is not coming. It is less then 2g and also 3g network fluctuate. So plz provide 4g service in our area if your budget is not of 4g then provide full network of 3g.iam not able to do work at home using ur net.

    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service

    @sengottutweets @HathwayBrdband My friend, don't go to this company. Frauds. You will never get the speed. No support. Case will be closed with our solving. Only escalation, no service. Go for BSNL atleast you can support our country instead of this looters.

    @OfficeOfRSP Online education need data connection but its not working. No one is responsible in BSNL who take care about it. Before this my line was not working for more than 25 days, at that time the same exercise done. All BSNL customer need to do this exercise for service ?

    @sambitlnt Absolutely, BSNL should be restricted to border/naxal areas where private players won't have an incentive to set up their towers. Everyone on another connection travelling to these areas should pay BSNL to use their network. 😎👍🏽

    @OfficeOfRSP People are advised so many times that still why you are using BSNL even after more costly and irresponsible service, but respect of Government Department is still in heart. Request to keep it live.

    @Maxx10576274 They are responsible for it. An outage of 2 hours is beyond imagination. 15 mins outage of bsnl payment website and phone lines starts ringing in Delhi. Used to work in data center.Seriously don't have clue how their links are down for so long. Today we talk SDWAN.

    @rishithegreat41 I have been to a hill station and there was only BSNL tower for connection. Other service providers didn't install a tower there as it wouldn't be very profitable for them. Government is in some business because they do service, after all thats why its called state.
