    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    @BSNLCorporate dear sir internet speed of bsnl 3g is not coming. It is less then 2g and also 3g network fluctuate. So plz provide 4g service in our area if your budget is not of 4g then provide full network of 3g.iam not able to do work at home using ur net.

    @BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

    @58_BSSB @BSNLCorporate I'm sure Jio will atleast fix the issue. That can't be said for BSNL. Do you want to bet on this? Ask this guy if his problem is fixed within the next 24 hours and check with me if my problem is fixed in 24 hours. You will have your answer.

    @GYANE5H @BSNLCorporate Have patience brother ... I have been using BSNL since last year in Mumbai. I also faced too many issues initially for many days. They resolved it and now my BSNL is almost stable in this year.. although I get speeds of 1 mbps- 8mbps on 3G network. I hope BSNL will soon launch 4G

    @GYANE5H @BSNLCorporate Have patient brother ... I have been using BSNL since past 1 year in Mumbai. I also faced too many issues for many days but I kept on good hope and now my BSNL is almost stable since year... although I get net speeds of 1mbps - 9mbps on 3G network. I hope BSNL will soon launch 4G

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl Fibre in our area is not even consistent for a week and we are supposedly paying 1100rs pm for this **** service. Even after complaining, the service provider doesn't respond promptly. Pathetic service. Ph No :- 07324292949 Area :- Kodariya

    @BSNL_KTK Since last week BSNL internet connectivity at Malur is having problems. Service team mentioned cable are cut while making roads. Recently Airtel broadband has started in Malur. People have started think of moving out of BSNL because of these frequent connection problems

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir I am staying in a small place of odisha Barbil ,Dist Keonjhar 758035. Here BSNL network is failed all the times. Whereas all other companies network is working properly. is this the only reason of privatisation of public sector.
