There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

@BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

@BSNLCorporate dear sir internet speed of bsnl 3g is not coming. It is less then 2g and also 3g network fluctuate. So plz provide 4g service in our area if your budget is not of 4g then provide full network of 3g.iam not able to do work at home using ur net.

No matter where I go, the data does not work. I cannot make phone calls. It has been a month since I changed four SIM cards

@TelecomTalk Other networks provide this feature, but BSNL does not. When someone calls during network-unavailable times, we don’t receive any missed-call notification or alert. Adding this feature would be very helpful. Also, the price of ₹45 for 6 months of missed-call alerts is reasonable

@TelecomTalk @TRAI we Citizens have chosen to switch to BSNL without knowing proper network coverage bcz it provides atleast a month of validity on minimum recharge but now they reduced the validity days without proper infrastructure and burden on common pple.

@BSNLCorporate I felt I am proud to use Psu but no profoee service. I am paying for whole month. They are hardly give service for 10days. No response even after reporting 10 times. Worst ever service from bsnl. Please privatise this white elephant. Sriman Sri @JM_Scindia ji .
