  @ChandruduIAS @bsnl_ap_circle No luck for BSNL uninterrupted service in AP. APfiber net is history now. Now BharathNet , should see how it works. Lot of IT employees working from home from different parts of State. Could you please come out with a plan for better internet across the state?

  @BSNLCorporate From yesterday there's been no bsnl network in my locality. All the BSNL Consumers in my area are facing the Same issue. Please look into it. Area : Nai sarai, bihar sharif,bihar 803101 Jio contact no. (as BSNL no. is not working ) : 7979747788

  I had applied for safe custody for my BSNL FTTH 08643-295869 on 14-4-2021 at Ponnur customer service center but they are unable to apply the plan.Booked complaint in pgrams case vide APR/CO/2021/2308, no response . Please clarify whether safe custody option is available or not .

  @DoT_India @bsnl 3G service is very much poor at pin- 741127, Nadia,W.B. I have to select 2G in network mode to call without voice breaking and need to select 3G while using data service. How, funny thing has been gone since April, 2020. Is this your Govt. service?

  @BSNLCorporate I even tried calling the BSNL Exchange here... there was no response. Bsnl is my primary number so i have been facing a lot of issues.
