    BSNL network is worst in Mumbai and suburban area. From Alibaug I purchased sim card with no receipt. They said we r not giving any receipt. Plans r good but service is Zero. All employees are contract base they denied any enquiry & Liability @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TelecomBsnl

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate I am unable to port out of BSNL. Every time I send a message to 1900, charges get deducted and yet I am not receiving UPC. I want the problem to be resolved today itself as I want to port out. Please contact me on number sent as DM

    That BSNL service has gone from bad to worse need not be overstressed. Since last one hour have been trying to pay my landline bill but alas! the site doesn’t open at all, neither in my iPhone, nor android or my desktop. Refuse to take payment with iron determination..🙄🙄🙄

    validity which is already running but not received benefit yet. literally I get sick from bsnl support person always saying it's there server issue need to wait for 3 , 4 hours but facing issue from 1 week . Secondly I m in district town of JHARKHAND and BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I am from Keeranur Pudukkottai (DT) Tamilnadu. Now my town have electricity shutdown. Why bsnl network also shutdown. In Last 2 year it's happening. this is your administration? May i know why should not port my number to any other network?

    I did a recharge of ₹197 in my BSNL sim on 25 September 2021, about which the customer care officer of BSNL told me that I will get free unlimited calls and 2 GB internet data per day and 100 SMS for 150 days but after recharging I found that it is only for 18 days not 150.
