    BSNL network is worst in Mumbai and suburban area. From Alibaug I purchased sim card with no receipt. They said we r not giving any receipt. Plans r good but service is Zero. All employees are contract base they denied any enquiry & Liability @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TelecomBsnl

    The worst exp. Ever I am facing if Fiber is so low quality I cant imagine how bad normal network will be for BSNL. Please give resolution or I can move to another network

    @BSNL_RJ Internet is out of service since yesterday. It’s been more than 24 hours that complaint has not been resolved. No one is attending calls on customer care number. I have made two complaints on bsnl customer care but still not resolved

    @BSNLCorporate no connectivity BSNL Fiber at Jarauli Phase-1 Kanpur..more than 24hrs has been passed...already registered online complaint regarding this..issue not yet resolved!
