    @BSNL_UPW BSNL Agra is not responding to a faulty landline despite of many complaints (last complaint no. is 1054599173) to call center as well to local office. What a pathetic service. They are only concerned about collecting payments!!

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur phone no.07104 299475 voice service is not active I am unable to use voice service. I have made complaint but without as solution complaint was close .so horrible service from BSNL that's why Govt is going to close BSNL.

    I AM A BSNL USER LIVING IN KURUDA VILLAGE OF BALASORE,FACING ISSUES ABOUT BRODBAD NOT WORKING AT MOST OF THE TIME.KINDLY TAKE STEPS TO FIX THIS ISSUES AS IN EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR MORE THAN FIVE DAYS THE BRODBAND CRASHES SO KINDLY FIX THIS ISSUE. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR #BSNL

The poor service I am facing from your employees in last two months only worked for 4-5 days even appointed person don't pick the calls and fake messages being sent the problem is resolved. That's why BSNL needs to be overtaken by private co.
