They say there is no person to come and look into the complaints. I am having this number for more than 20 years. This is an inconvenience. Please look into it.

Lalit Singh Chilwal (@LalitChilwal) reported@BSNL_HR We can arrange the sim, but when will you deliver networks? No networks in NCR region, specially Faridabad, internet is far cry. Switching network between Dolphin and BSNL is really frustrating. Cutomer care just make a call for formality and no solution at all after 3 years.
