BSNL fastly loosing very large number of customers who migrated to other players via MNP. Urgent intervention please.

Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.
