    @sumanthraman Better close down. It's their responsible for this state of BSNL. Monopoly in business long back allowed new entrant swallow their market share and drying public money everyday. They all over paid.overheads only cost them into losses

    The reason why BSNL is the last option a person wants or never opted is this I guess...landline dead for last one month, lodged complaints twice 129583320112 and 130210191112 after few days received a message as resolved but landline still dead @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD

    Even in Amazon forest BSNL will get better signal. Comparing with #Airtel in mountroad. Worst sim I ever come across.

    My Landline 04424745037 was surrendered on 9-11-2018.Bsnl Chennai tweeted that 3941/- was approved in April 19.I have not received the refund yet. 13 months past. HELP.

    @karthickselvaa @sarianees First of all BSNL never work.... Very slow speed... If fault in the line.. The service team ask Rs. 200-00.. After 2 days of complain the service will be attended.. Such a beautiful service is BSNL service..

    @chennaicorp @GSBediIAS Removing 2 inch laying 4 inch going on are any proposals to reduce the height of the road where the building come down from the level of road. When we plan together GCC BSNL TNEB metro water to avoid digging roads after relaying or new road construction wasting public money ?

    @BSNLCorporate it's regarding the telephone line for excess billing though outgoing call is locked.visited bsnl office but they are least bothered to reply. Is this indian govt company that's why people prefer going private very bad service

    @manojsinhabjp Just before few minutes few authorities came from bsnl and said this doesn’t belong to them... if it belongs to reliance jio or any other company pls govt help me.I would request u to take away the post as it is disturbing my home and safety issues..

    @narendramodi_in @rsprasad The suggestion to adopt the " System integrator" model with a pretence to home grown vendors, for building BSNL's 4G network will certainly result in cost ineffectiveness besides hurting the capability of BSNL to compete . Please stop this wrong.

    @Airtel_Presence I have sent couple of mails regarding bill issues will the company take initiative to resolve it we hv to disconnect the line n go for Jio or Bsnl if the concerned officers r busy

    Since January 2026 this issue is there. They gave all sorts of replies in this duration and now finally they say they have done maximum network optimization. now problem we are facing is due to the handset not the network. I don’t understand if Jio amd BSNL works why not airtel

    Network Crisis in Dodasan Balla Rajouri Residents Face Poor Connectivity Call for Action Against Airtel Jio and BSNL The World Relation/TAP Rajouri, 28 April 2026 Rajouri: A serious connectivity issue has emerged from Dodasan Balla village in Tehsil Thanna Mandi, where residents are struggling with extremely poor mobile network and internet services. Speaking to The World Relation, locals expressed strong dissatisfaction, stating that despite spending ₹500 to ₹800 on monthly recharges, they are unable to access proper internet or even make stable phone calls. According to residents, internet services are almost non-functional inside homes, forcing people to step outside just to get minimal connectivity. Even then, the internet speed remains very slow, and in many areas, signals completely disappear even during the daytime. Frequent call drops have also become a major issue, disrupting communication and daily activities. Residents have raised serious concerns over the services provided by Airtel, Reliance Jio, and BSNL, alleging that companies are charging full amounts but failing to deliver basic services. The public has appealed to Deputy Commissioner Rajouri to take immediate notice of the issue and direct telecom providers to improve connectivity in the area. Locals stressed that in today’s digital age—where education, business, and communication heavily depend on the internet—such conditions are unacceptable. Now, all eyes are on the authorities and telecom companies to see whether they take prompt action or if the people of Dodasan Balla will continue to suffer.

    @ParasmeSaurabh Jio>Vi>Airtel> Bhul See Bhi Nahi Lena (bsnl) From best to worst as per my experience in my city Kanpur. Jio is most consistent with best customer support... Airtel is hit and miss in terms of network in my area otherwise its decent. Vi is good too as per my dad. Bsnl is garbage

    @Suni_tweet Are you serious? I have a bit different experience. I had BSNL landline connection and mobile SIM but never found it professional at all. Too much down time, poor network coverage, BTS without power back-up and very poor maintenance. Bhai saab nahi chalega.
