I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact.   @CryptoZen29 I have been using BSNL as a primary SIM for 16 years. Jio is my secondary SIM. Lots of apps won't run on the Jio network, so I need to switch to BSNL whenever I am outside the home. Flipkart and X are not running on the Jio network.
