After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. I know the hardship of dealing with BSNL staff even for small fault rectification. Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact.
