BSNL fastly loosing very large number of customers who migrated to other players via MNP. Urgent intervention please.

After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. BASIL MARAYA (@MarayaBasil) reported@bsnl_care Via #BSNL sim 4m the same location. There was 4G signal 4m 7:23. Then at around 8:20 it vanished & is back at around 8:30. This happens very often. In the absence of 4G signal (which happens most of the time) only 'E' signal/no data signal is available. Why so much disturbance?

Calls get disconnected, and we're unable to make or receive calls. There are constant network issues in Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy district. Will you fix this problem after another decade? It's been happening for years. Is this the service we should expect? Many BSNL customers, including my parents, are now thinking of porting to another network.
