After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Kindly arrange for restoration of said fault as the BSNL whole network of this area is completely down which is a revenue loss to BSNL and customer dissatisfaction.
